المستخلص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى تقييم جودة الإفصاح غير المالي عن المعلومات المستقبلية على مواقع الشركات المدرجة في مؤشر EGX 30 في البورصة المصرية والوقوف على أهم محدداته. وقد تم الاعتماد على مؤشر إفصاح يتضمن المعلومات المستقبلية غير المالية الملائمة للمستثمر. وقد تم التقييم لعينة من أربع وثلاثين شركة أدرجت في فترتي المؤشر لسنة 2016. وقد أظهر تحليل المؤشر انخفاض مستوى الإفصاح عن المعلومات المستقبلية غير المالية على مواقع شركات مؤشر EGX 30. كما أسفرت نتيجة التحليل الإحصائي باستخدام تحليل الانحدار المتعدد على أن الخصائص الشخصية للمدير التنفيذي وتحديداً خلفيته المحاسبية أثناء مساره الوظيفي وحصوله على دراسات عليا في المجال الإداري أو المالي كانت سبباً رئيسياً في تفسير التغير في مستوى الإفصاح عن المعلومات غير المالية المستقبلية. وتتضمن هذه النتيجة الدليل على مدى تأثير الاختلافات الفردية بين المديرين التنفيذيين على نوعية المعلومات المفصح عنها على مواقع الشركات، مما يستدعي مزيداً من البحث مستقبلاً في دور تلك الخصائص على الإفصاح الاختياري.

This paper aims to investigate empirically the level of web-based non-financial forward-looking disclosure in companies listed on the EGX 30 Index and further to explore the determinants of this disclosure. By using self-constructed disclosure index includes relevant non- financial forward-looking information for the investors. Data were collected, from a sample of 34 companies covering the two periods of 2016 - EGX 30 Index. 1 employed descriptive analysis, correlation matrix and multiple regression analysis of disclosure measures against determinants of web-based non- financial forward-looking disclosure. The results showed low level of non- financial forward-looking information disclose on the websites of EGX 30 index companies. In addition, the results revealed that the personal characteristics of CEO is positively and significantly associated with the web-based non- financial forward-looking disclosure. In particular, CEO accounting background during his career and receiving a graduate studies in the management or financial area, have been major reasons for the interpretation of the change in the level of disclosure of non- financial forward-looking information. This result includes evidence on the impact of personal differences of CEO on the quality of non- financial forward-looking information disclosed on the companies' web sites, which calls for more future research concerning the role of these characteristics on voluntary disclosure.
