المستخلص: يمثل التعليم العالي أهم دعائم تطوير المجتمعات البشرية وأدوات النهوض بها وذلك لما يحتله من مكانة في تهيئة وإعداد الأطر الفنية والعلمية المؤهلة لتحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية. إضافة إلى دورة في صناعة المعرفة والعلم ونشرها، وإن اعتماد نظم الجودة في التعليم الجامعي ما هو إلا استجابة لمتطلبات المجتمع وتحفيز الإبداع وإجراء البحوث العلمية لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة خدمة للمجتمع البشري. يركز هذا البحث على أحد أهم مكونات نظام التعليم الجامعي "المخرجات"، وكان الهدف من ذلك هو قياس جودة مخرجات التعليم الجامعي للطالبات بقسم التربية الخاصة مسار الإعاقة السمعية من خلال المقررات الدراسية وعلاقتها بسوق العمل وتحديد نقاط القوة والضعف فيفها، في الوقت الذي ينظر فيه إلى مخرجات التعليم الجامعي على أنه الأساس الذي يمكن الوصول من خلاله إلى سوق العمل، وأنه الحل السحري للمشكلات التي تواجه الخريجات عند خروجهم لسوق العمل. أما أداة الدراسة فتمثلت في تطبيق استبيان لقياس مدى رضا الطالبات الخريجات من قسم التربية الخاصة مسار الإعاقة السمعية عن مستوي جودة مخرجات عملية التعليم من خلال المقررات الدراسية التي تم دراستها، وتم استخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة لتحليل نتائج العينة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من الاستنتاجات كان أهمها اتفاق آراء العينة علي جودة بعض المخرجات وعلى العكس من ذلك في البعض الأخر، كما تبين أيضاً أن هناك اختلاف في روي فئة العينة في بعض جودة المخرجات أيضاً.

Higher Education is considered the most important pillars of the evolution of human Societies and tools of their improvement advancement that is because of its position occupied in creating and preparing technical and scientific frameworks qualified to achieve economic and social development. In addition to its role in the knowledge and dissemination of science and industry, and the adoption of quality systems in university education is only a response to the requirements of society and stimulate creativity and scientific research to achieve sustainable development of human society service. This research focuses on one of the most important university education system “components output,” The aim is to measure the quality of university education outcomes for students of special education department hearing disability path through the courses and their relationship to the labor market and to identify strengths and weaknesses, at the time in which the university education outcomes are considered a basis that can be accessed through the labor market, and the magic solution to the problems facing female graduates when they came out of the market, the instruments of the study were; application of a questionnaire to measure the extent of female graduates satisfaction of the Department of Special Education hearing disability on the quality of the output, the process of education through courses that have been studied, the appropriate statistical methods has been used to analyze the sample results, findings of the study were; (1) - the agreement of the study sample on the Quality of the education al system outputs and on the contrary on others. (2)- it was also showed the difference in visions of the sample in some quality outputs.
