المستخلص: Le législateur a décidé de travailleurs une protection spéciale contre les accidents du travail qui se produisent à eux dans le lieu de travail ou à l’occasion du travail.
En raison des effets des conséquences négatives découlant des accidents du travail et de menacer la santé des travailleurs, a étendu cette protection juridique pour inclure la protection contre tous les risques professionnels, à condition que la disposition voici, le lien de causalité entre l’accident et la nature du travail. L’accident de la route ou de la distance des incidents de ces incidents qui entrent dans un jugement dans le concept des accidents du travail, et qui sont destinés à des accidents qui se produisent aux travailleurs nonchalamment sur leur chemin vers et depuis les lieux de travail, ne sont pas tenus de veiller à ce que de tels incidents disponibilité d’un lien de causalité entre l’accident et la nature du travail. Alors, quelle est prévue pour assurer les conditions de ces incidents? Quels sont les problèmes juridiques et pratiques qui se posent à propos?

The legislator has decided workers special protection against accidents at work that occur to them in the workplace or on the occasion of work.
Due to the effects of the negative consequences arising from industrial accidents threatening the health of workers, this legal protection has extended to include protection against all occupational hazards, provided that there is a causal link between the accident and the nature of the work. The accident of the road or the distance of these incidents that enter into a judgment in the concept of accidents at work, and which are intended for accidents that occur to the workers nonchalantly on their way to and from the places of work, are not required to ensure that such incidents have a causal link between the accident and the nature of the work.
