المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن أهم الحاجات الإرشادية لدي طلبة الجامعات الفلسطينية في ضوء متطلبات تنمية المجتمع، وتقديم تصور مقترح لاستحداث دائرة للإرشاد الأكاديمي، وللتحقق من أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحث مقياساً للحاجات الإرشادية تكون بصيغته النهائية من (44) فقرة موزعة على (4) مجالات، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (305) طلاب وطالبة، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة المتيسرة، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة الحاجات الإرشادية لدي طلبة الجامعات الفلسطينية جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، وجاءت في المرتبة الأولي الحاجات المهنية وبدرجة مرتفعة جداً، وفي المرتبة الأخيرة جاءت الحاجات النفسية مرتفعة في درجتها، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة الحاجات الإرشادية لدي طلبة الجامعات الفلسطينية تبعاً لمتغير الجنس لصالح الإناث، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائياً في الحاجات المهنية تبعاً لمتغير السنة الدراسية لصالح طلبة السنة الرابعة، وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة الحاجات الإرشادية تبعاً لمتغير التخصص.

This study aimed to identify the most important counseling needs of the Palestinian university students In the light of requirements for development society, and to provide a proposed scenario for the creation of a Department of Academic counseling. In order to investigate the aims of the study, the researcher used a scale of the counseling needs, which in its final form consisted of (44) items distributed into (4) areas. The study sample consisted of (305) male and female students, who were chosen by available means. The results of the study had shown that the degree of the counseling needs of the Palestinian university students for the members of the study came high, and the professional needs ranked first and too high, and in last place the psychological needs came high in degree. The results had also shown that there were significant differences in the degree of the counseling needs of the Palestinian university students according to gender variable in favor of females differences, and that there were statistically significant differences in the professional needs according to the variable of the scholastic year for the senior students. In addition, the results had shown that there were no statistically significant differences in the degree of the counseling needs according to the variable of area of specialization.
