المستخلص: The study aimed to shed light on the application of the rules of criminal procedure and the criminal law. The study dealt with a set of rules of the criminal procedure and the criminal law: the concealment of a dead body - its nature - a continuous crime – subject it to the statute of limitations (no), the extraction of property from the possession of others - the return of the situation to what it was - the nature of legal - civil compensation, building without a license - criminal prosecution, appealing, press crimes, libel, submission of complaint by a Civil Society, Intellectual Property Crimes, claiming civil rights, the attribution, the Moroccan film center, the difficulty of implementation, criminal judgment, the condition of attribution, the investigative judge, the limits of his job in the field of the criminal evidence, the judicial expanses - direct complaint - the calculation of the lump sun, exposure - the decision of the criminal chamber to decide on the appeal of the investigating judge's order- the decision in absentia - not to be subjected to it, proving - listening to the victim as a witness, theft of water - the report of the judicial control - the condition of signature by the accused. The study referred to the rules of the criminal law, including the conditions of mitigation, provocation case and proving it, the abuse of trust, integrity of the commercial asset, waste of equipment, non-execution of contract, choice of civil road, its influence on the public prosecution, the sale of a property, a means of fraud, an attack on a non-prohibited dwelling, the falsification and recall the forged document, the use of a personal protective measure, mental illness, and the judicial creativity within a treatment institution.

استهدفت الجنائية والقانون الجنائي. وتناولت الدراسة مجموعة من قواعد المسطرة الجنائية والقانون الجنائي الدراسة الكشف عن تطبيق قواعد المسطرة إخفاء جثة- طبيعتها -جريمة مستمرة -خضوعها للتقادم (لا)، انتزاع عقار من حيازة الغير- إرجاع الحالة إلى ما كانت علية- طبيعة القانونية -تعويض مدني، بناء بدون رخصة -معاينة المخالفات -ضابطة قضائية -الطعن، جرائم الصحافة -القذف -تقديم الشكاية من طرف جمعية مدنية، جرائم الملكية الفكرية -المطالبة بالحق المدني -الصفة -المركز السينمائي المغربي، صعوبة التنفيذ -حكم جنائي -شرط الصفة، قاضى التحقيق- حدود وظيفته في مجال الإثبات الجنائي، مصاريف قضائية- شكاية مباشرة -احتساب القسط الجزافي، التعرض -قرار الغرفة الجنحية وهى تبت في استئناف أمر قاضى التحقيق-وصف القرار بالغيابي-عدم جواز التعرض عليه، إثبات- الاستماع إلى الضحية كشاهد، سرقة-مياه السقى- محضر الضابطة القضائية- شرط التوقيع عليه من طرف المتهم. وأشارت الدراسة إلى قواعد القانون الجنائى ومنها ظروف التخفيف-حالة الاستفزاز-إثباتها، خيانة الأمانة-التسيير الحر للأصل التجاري-تبديد التجهيزات، عدم تنفيذ عقد-اختيار الطريق المدني-تأثيره على الدعوى العمومية، نصب-بيع عقار محفظ - إبراز وسيلة الاحتيال، هجوم على مسكن الغير-المنع من التصرف، تزوير-استظهار الوثيقة المزورة-استعمال، تدبير وقائي شخصي-مرض عقلي- الإبداع القضائي داخل مؤسسة للعلاج.
