المستخلص: يعد التدريب خيارا استراتيجيا لأي جهة تتطلع لإعداد كوادر بشرية قادرة على تلبية حاجات العمل ومواكبة التطورات والتغيرات السريعة التي تحدث في مجال العمل وللتدريب أثناء الخدمة أهمية كبيرة نظرا لما يهيئه التدريب للموظف من معارف ومهارات جديدة تتطلبها مهنته، أو من خلال تعرفة على أفضل الحلول للمشكلات التي يواجها أثناء ممارسته لمهنته مما يزيده تمكنا في أداء عملة ويساعده على تجنب الأخطاء ليصل بذلك إلى المستوي المنشود الذي تطمح له أي جهة تسعى للرقي والتقدم، وتجلت أهمية البحث في إعطاء مجلس إدارة الجامعة فكرة عن احتياجات أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة في ظل أدوارهم (المهام المناطة لهم )، وبالتالي تمكنها من وضع خطط التطوير المهني لملائمة متطلبات العصر، وتساعد الجهات المسؤولة عن التدريب على وضع البرنامج المتوافقة مع إمكانيات الجامعة ووقت عضو هيئة التدريس الثمين، وهي فرصة كذلك لأعضاء هيئة التدريس للتعبير عن احتياجاتهم التدريبية وعن رضاهم عما توفره الجامعة، وأما مشكلة البحث يعد عضو هيئة التدريس من اهم ركائز نجاح الجامعة في تحقيق أهداف التعليم العالي حيث تعتبر إسهاماته وبحوثة من وسائل تطور الجامعة ورفع مستواها وتصنيفها العالمي، فان مواكبة عضو التدريس للتطورات المختلفة ليكون قادرا على استمراره في أداء مهامه على الوجه المطلوب يتطلب تحديدا لاحتياجاته التدريبية التي تواكب أدواره المهنية واحتياجات المجتمع سواء من الناحية العلمية أو البحثية أو المهنية ليساعد ذلك علي مواجهة تكاليف التدريب العالية، وضيق وقت عضو هيئة التدريس، وانطلاقا من أهمية التدريب وتأثيره في تطور العمل ورفع جودة التعليم أرتاى الباحثان الخوض فى هذه الدراسة لتحديد الاحتاجات التدريبية لعضو هيئة التدريس في كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة في ظل مهامه ومواكبته للتطور العالمي في مجال التعليم الجامعي وتوظيف إمكانيات الجامعة لذلك، وكان الغرض هو تحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة بجامعة القادسية المتعلقة بالتدريس والبحث العلمي والمهام الإدارية وخدمة المجتمع، وبأن هناك فروق في الاحتياجات التدريبية بين أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة بجامعة القادسية من حيث التدريس والبحث العلمي والمهام الادارية وخدمة المجتمع ، واشتمل البحث على منهجية البحث وإجراءاته الميدانية وكذلك خطوات تنفيذ الدراسة والإجراءات التي من خلالها أيجاد البيانات من حيث معامل التميز للفقرات ولأسس العلمية وغيرها ..... وإجراء المعاملات الإحصائية من خلال الحقيبة الإحصائية (SPSS)، ثم قام الباحثان بعرض البيانات على شكل جداول ومن ثم تحليلها ومناقشتها وحسب الاحتياجات التدريبية لهيئة التدريس في مجالات (التدريس، والبحث العلمي، والإدارة، وخدمة المجتمع) ومن ثم من خلال هذه النتائج توصلا إلى الاستنتاجات ووضع التوصيات على ضوء الاستنتاجات التي تم التوصل إليها.

Training is a strategic choice to anyone looking to prepare human cadres capable of meeting the needs of the labor and keep abreast of developments and rapid changes that occur in the workplace and in-service training of great importance because of prepares training for employees of the new knowledge and skills required by the profession, or through you know the best solutions to the problems faced during the exercise of his profession, which aggravated we were able in the performance of his work and helps him to avoid errors, bringing to the desired level, which aspires to him any party seeking to chart progress, and demonstrated the importance of research to give the Council the university administration an idea of the needs of teaching in the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Science faculty members in Under their roles (tasks assigned to them), and thus enable the establishment of professional development to fit the requirements of the era plans, and help those responsible for training programs that are compatible mode with the university possibilities and time faculty member precious body, which is also an opportunity for faculty members to express their training needs and their satisfaction with what provided by the university, and the problem of the research is a faculty member of the most important pillars of the success of the university in achieving the goals of higher education which are considered contributions and research means of the development of the university upgraded the world and classification, the keep up with faculty member of various developments to be able to continue in the performance of duties, as required required specifically training for the needs that keep pace with professional roles and needs of the community, both from a scientific point or research or professional help to cope with the high costs of training, and a tight time faculty member, on the basis of the importance of training and its impact on the evolution of work and raising the quality of education felt researchers delve into this study to determine needs training for faculty member in the College of Physical Education and Sports Science under his duties and coping with global development in the field of university education and employment of university possibilities for it, and the goal of research to determine training needs of the members of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Science AL-Qadisiyah University on teaching and scientific research and administrative tasks and community service, I suppose the researchers that there are differences in training needs between faculty members at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Science at the University of AL-Qadisiyah in terms of teaching, scientific research and administrative tasks and community service, and included addressed the research methodology and field procedures as well as the steps to implement the study and procedures that which find data Om which to conduct statistical transactions through statistical Pouch (SPSS), the researchers view the data in tabular form and then analyzed and discussed, according to faculty training needs in the areas of (teaching, scientific research, management, and community service) and then through this Results reached conclusions and make recommendations in the light of the conclusions that have been reached.
