المستخلص: تعد الأردن من البلدان النامية ذات التاريخ السياحي العريق باعتبارها المنطقة السياحية التاريخية التي جذبت السياح والزائرين منذ أقدم العصور حتى يومنا هذا. فصناعة السياحة في الأردن تتضمن عدداً من الأنشطة الاقتصادية التي تسهم في دعم الاقتصاد الوطني الأردني من خلال توفر العملات الصعبة الأجنبية. كونها من أكبر الصناعات التي بدأت تنمو وتتطور بشكل ملحوظ في بداية القرن الواحد والعشرين. وبما ان السياحة الميسرة لذوي الاعاقة وكبار السن والمتقاعدين والمرأة الحامل والطفل والفقراء ومتضرري الحروب والارهاب والحوادث والكوارث الطبيعية في الأردن والعالم العربي تعتبر منتجا حديثا لم ينل بعد ما يستحقه كمنتج متنام عالمياً ليتلاءم مع ما تمتلكه الأردن من إمكانيات مادية وبشرية. لذلك، ينبغي تطوير الخدمات والتسهيلات اللازمة لهذا المفهوم الجديد في السياحة. لأنه يجذب المزيد من هذه الفئات من جميع أنحاء العالم. وأيضا، فان هذا التنوع في المنتج السياحي يضيف إلى السياحة الأردنية نمطاً جديداً ريادياً لينافس به عالميا (الهروط، (2015. وتشير الدراسات الميدانية الأخيرة أن السائح من (المتقاعدين المعوقين والمسنين والنساء الحوامل والأطفال والفقراء وضحايا الحروب والحوادث والكوارث الطبيعية والتطرف) ينفق في عطلتهم بين %30 إلى %200 أكثر من السائح العادي. حيث إن الدخل عن قطاع السياحة الميسرة يصل 250 مليون دولار سنويا، وأكثر من 20 مليون من هؤلاء سافروا على الأقل مرة واحدة خلال العامين الماضيين لقضاء عطلاتهم. حيث يبلغ العدد الإجمالي لهذه الفئة في العالم حوالي مليار مليون شخص حول العالم منهم أكثر من 200 مليونا يعيشون في العالم الإسلامي وأكثر من 50 مليوناً في العالم العربي (2014 ,WHO). أي انه لو قام %10 فقط من السياح الميسرين العرب بإنفاق تقريبي يصل إلى 1000 دولار فقط للفرد الواحد لدعم هذا النوع من السياحة الميسرة التي تحدث لأول مرة في الأردن. كون الكثير منهم يفضلون السفر في غير مواسم الذروة، لرغبتهم في الهدوء. كما تلعب الميزة التنافسية للأردن في الأمن والاستقرار العالمي: دوراً فاعلاً بمنح المواقع السياحية زبائن على مدار العام، وخلق سوقاً جاذبة وصناعة فريدة بدعم الاقتصاد المحلي. لذلك ستعالج هذه الدراسة تقديم الخدمات الضرورية لهذه الفئات في النقل البري والبحري والجوي والمباني الجاهزة والأماكن العادية والسياحية المراد الوصول اليها. وتطوير بعض الخدمات الأساسية لتلبي احتياجاتهم. وتفعيل دور الاستراتيجية المستدامة في تدريب أصحاب فئات هذه السياحة الميسرة على الحرف اليدوية الإنتاجية، وتشغيلهم فيها، ثم انتاجهم لها، وتسويقهم لمنتجاتها. من أجل الاستمرار في تعزيز الإنتاجية المستدامة لهذه الفئات المستهدفة، ورغبتها في الإنضمام إلى ركب السياحة العلاجية الميسرة. وقد توصلت الدراسة ليكون مركز لب للسياحة الميسرة مؤهلاً لتلقي الخدمات لجميع فئاتهم ضمن مساراتها الداخلية والخارجية وصاحب الريادة الأول في السياحة الإنسانية محلياً وأقليمياً وعالمياً.

Jordan Tourism has long history of developing countries as a historic tourist area. It has attracted tourists and visitors since ancient times to the present day. Thus, Tourism industry in Jordan includes a number of economic activities that contribute to the support of the Jordanian national economy through the availability of foreign hard currencies. Also, being one of the largest industries that began to grow and evolve significantly in the beginning of the twenty-first century. Since the facilitated tourism for people with disabilities, the elderly and retirees, pregnant women, children, the poor and the victims of wars, terrorism, accidents and natural disasters in Jordan the Arab world and internationally is a newly product. This means it did not get after what it deserves as a producer globally growing to fit with what is owned by Jordan of material and human resources. Therefore, it must develop the services needed for this new concept of tourism facilities. It attracts more members of this group from all over the world. Moreover, this diversity of tourism product adds to the Jordanian tourism pioneering a new style to compete globally (Alhroot, 2015). The recent field studies indicate that tourist facilitator (of disabled retirees and the elderly, pregnant women, children, the poor and the victims of wars, accidents, natural disasters and extremism) is spent in their vacation about 30% to 200% more than the ordinary tourist. As the income from facilitated tourism industry is up to $ 250 million annually, and more than 20 million of them have traveled at least once during the past two years to spend their holidays. Consequently, the total number of this category in the world is about 950 million people around the world, including more than 50 million people live in the Arab world. If the only 10% of the facilitators Arab tourists are to spend up to an approximate $ 1,000 per capita only to support this kind of facilitated tourism that occur for the first time in Jordan. The fact that many of them prefer to travel in non-peak season, the desire is to be quiet (Al-Almayrah, 2014; Alhroot, 2015). Also, the competitive advantage for Jordan in security and global stability plays an active role to grant tourist facilities customers throughout the year, creating a market attractive and unique workmanship that support the local economy. As a result, this study will address the provision of essential services to these groups in land, sea and air transportation, prefabricated buildings and regular tourist places to be accessible. Thus, the developments of some basic services are to meet their needs. That activating the role of sustainable strategy in training, working, employing these categories on handicrafts productivity and marketing their products to continue for promoting the sustainable output of these target groups. Also, their desire is to join the convoy of medical tourism facilitator, and to be eligible to receive services for all categories of tourism facilitator. This research has been reached to be in Lib Center for facilitated tourism eligible to receive services for all categories of disability within the inner and outer tracks. Accordingly, Lib Center is to be the first in entrepreneurship for humanitarian tourism locally, regionally and globally.
