المستخلص: The subject of this research is to find out the availability of books in the municipal library and the responsiveness of the library visitors. The objective for which this study is being carried out is to identify the shortcomings of a system and provide the necessary solutions and suggestions to improve and upgrade its performance.
Therefore, we used observation and interview techniques on the balance of the library and beneficiaries to get accurate and specific results. We concluded the study with some suggestions aimed at improving the library's performance.

L'objectif de cette étude c'est de connaître la disponibilité des livres à la Bibliothèque et sa réponse aux besoins des lecteurs, également on veut découvrir les avantages et les inconvénients de système applique dans la salle de lecture afin d'atteindre à la résolution des problèmes trouvés

يتلخص موضوع هذا البحث في معرفة مدى توفر الكتب بمكتبة البلدية واستجابة الرواد لها، بحيث الهدف الذي تقوم من أجله هذه الدراسة هو الوقوف عند السلبيات والنقائص الموجودة في نظام ما، وتقديم الحلول والاقتراحات اللازمة، لأجل تحسينه والرفع من أدائه.
وبناء على هذا استعملنا تقنيات الملاحظة والمقابلة حول رصيد المكتبة والمستفيدين، للوصول إلى نتائج دقيقة ومحددة، وأنهينا الدراسة ببعض الاقتراحات الهادفة لتحسين أداء المكتبة.
