|f The subject of this research is to find out the availability of books in the municipal library and the responsiveness of the library visitors. The objective for which this study is being carried out is to identify the shortcomings of a system and provide the necessary solutions and suggestions to improve and upgrade its performance.\nTherefore, we used observation and interview techniques on the balance of the library and beneficiaries to get accurate and specific results. We concluded the study with some suggestions aimed at improving the library's performance.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018.
