المستخلص: The study focuses on the glorious and semantic relationship and their impact on the building of the meaning. The “speech,” or any linguistic unit, consists of two important and inseparable aspects: word and meaning. The linguistic study itself is majorly a study of the relationship between these two aspects. The “word” is the material carrier and the sensory and spoken opposite of the meaning, which is an abstract mental idea, and the most important thing distinguishes it is that it is spoken. The definition of the term "Meaning" is one of the most disputed definitions due to the different interests of its learners and the multiplicity of their fields of research, in addition to the number of terms used in this field and its related fields. Among the sciences that are concerned with pronunciation and meaning are rhetoric and semantics, the ties and the factors of the relationship between them are strong. This article attempts to clarify this relationship and the close links between them as there is a range of semantic issues related to one or more relationships with rhetorical studies.

تركز الدراسة على البديع والتعالق الدلالي واثرهما في بناء المعني، حيث تتكون الكلمة أو أية وحدة لغوية تكبرها من جانبين أساسيين مهمين لا ينفصل أحدهما عن الآخر هما: اللفظ والمعنى، ودراسة اللغة في حد ذاتها تعد في جانب كبير منها دراسة للعلاقة بين هذين الجانبين، فاللفظ هو الحامل المادي والمقابل الحسي المنطوق للمعنى الذي هو فكرة ذهنية مجردة، وأهم ما يميزه أنه منطوق، أما مصطلح المعنى فهو من أكثر المصطلحات التي اختلف في تعريفها ويرجع ذلك إلى اختلاف اهتمامات الدارسين له وتعدد ميادين بحوثهم، بالإضافة إلى كثرة المصطلحات المستعملة في هذا المجال والمرتبطة به، ومن العلوم التي اهتمت باللفظ والمعنى علم البلاغة وعلم الدلالة، فصلة الرحم وعوامل القربى بينهما قوية، وهذا المقال يحاول إيضاح هذه العلاقة وتبيان الصلات الوثيقة بينهما. وذلك لوجود طائفة من القضايا المتصلة بالدلالة ترتبط بعلاقة أو أكثر بالدراسات البلاغية.
