|a إن هذا البحث يحمل عنوان أحكام الرجوع في الهبة في الفقه الإسلامي، فهو له علاقة بواقع الأفراد والأسر، له أهمية كبيرة، حتى يكون التعامل المالي في مأمن من الغرر والضرر مما يعد خروجا عن مقصد الشريعة في تشرح الهبة، فمن مقاصدها البر والمودة والتعاون، وبالجهل نصل إلى النزاع والشقاق وهذا ما نلمسه في الواقع في كثير من المعاملات المالية، فأردت من خلال هذا البحث أن يزول النزاع والشقاق في معاملاتنا.\nفتناولت في البحث التعريف بالرجوع والهبة والألفاظ ذات الصلة بهما في الفقه الإسلامي، ثم تطرقت إلى الرجوع في الهبة بجميع احتمالاتها، فإذا كانت لأجنبي فماهي أحكامها، وإن للولد فما هي أحكامها، ثم بينت حكم الرجوع في الهبة عند من قال بالرجوع، ثم ذكرت في الأخير مصادر ومراجع البحث.

|f This paper is titled “the rules of reversing the gift in Islamic jurisprudence.” It is related to the reality of individuals and families. It is of great importance so that financial dealings are safe from evil and harm, which is considered to be a departure from the purpose of sharia in explaining the gift, purposes of which include, righteousness, affection, and cooperation. We, at times and by ignorance, reach conflict and discord, and this is what we see in many financial transactions in reality. Therefore, under this study, I intended to resolve this conflict and discord in our transactions. \nI first dealt with the definition of reversing, gift and the words related to both of them in the Islamic jurisprudence in all their prospects. What are the rulings if the gift is meant for any foreigner or son? I, then, explained the ruling on returning a gift when someone demanded the same. I concluded the study with the mentioning of sources and references for the research. \nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
