المستخلص: The uterus rent (or surrogate mother) contract is anew type of contracts that has raised in the western world and begin to popularity in the our eastern world ,because of uterus damage of the wife and the pair wishing to have children they going to get an agreement with any woman ,who accepts to rent his uterus to them and compensation the money. This contract rises many of problems in the legal regulation sphere and Islamic legislation, such as the legal nature of this contract, lawfulness of it in the legal sphere and Islamic legislation, rights and obligations of two parties, and the consanguinity of a child who comes from this operation.
