المستخلص: This research is under the title .the legislative precautions to prevent terrorist works in the international law and Islamic sharia. The study aims at stating the concept of terrorism and investigating its meaning in kuran and sunna. The importance of the research is represented in the following : 1 - 1 -to identify terrorism and its danger on the security situations in the state. 2-showing the conditions of terrorism. 3-to explain the precautions taken by the start to prevent terrorist works according to the international agreements research problem. The problem of the research is situated in what is terrorism and the importance of the countries agreements on its concept to avoid its harmful effects and to make the necessary precautions to address its problems which destroy the internal community of the state and they affect the international community as well. Research methods. The researcher followed the historical and documentary methods in conducting the research The most important recommendations and results are represented in the following : Firstly the results- 1 - 1 -terrorism means fear by means of violence and disturbance of others. the judiciary deals with terrorism as apolitical crime oppression and it means the disobedience of the true Imam by oppression and power to unsettle security and fearing people in order to seize the authority. the legislative precautions to control terrorism works in the international law are represented in deterrent punishments according to the rules of the international judiciary competence .the states must consider the terrorist crimes as one of the crimes and the criminal must be extradited to his country secondly: Recommendations 1-the study recommends the legislative authority of any state to in act special laws for terrorism showing the concept of terrorism its punishment and its danger against state security. the study recommends the judicial of any state to implement the deterrent Finally reference and resources are in the end of the research, punishment on the terrorism works perpetrators.
