المستخلص: أثارت مسالة تداول الأخبار عبر التاريخ، وكذا العلاقة القائمة بين الصحفي ومصادر الأخبار جدلا كبيرا في الأوساط الإعلامية في جوانبها الثلاثة التاريخية، المهنية، والقانونية. مما تطلب الأمر الوقوف على حيثيات هذا التحول التاريخي والوقوف على ابرز لمراحل التي مر بها، في الوقت نفسه وفي ظل التطورات التكنولوجية الحاصلة وما أفرزته من تطور تقني مس بصفة خاصة الوسائط الإعلامية، بالإضافة إلى الحرية التي أتاحتها شبكة الأنترنت بروافدها المختلفة من مواقع إلكترونية وشبكات اجتماعية دعا إلى ضرورة الحديث عن زوال نظرية حارس البوابة الإعلامية من عدمها ، لذلك أردنا من خلال هذا المقال أن نقف على اثر هذه التطورات والتحولات التاريخية على طريقة تداول الأخبار وعلى العلاقة التي تربط الصحفي بمصادر الأخبار.

La circulation de l.information ainsi que les sources de journalistes a susite un grand débats à travers l’histoire, dans ces trois aspects historiques, professionnels et juridiques.
Il a fallu se tenir compte des bien-fondés de ce changement historique a lumière des évolutions technologiques et technique des média en particulier, les possibilités offerte par l’Internet , sites Web et réseaux sociaux .
Nous voulions à travers cet article signaler l’impact de ces évolutions dans la transformations et circulation de l.information et la manière dont les relations entre les sources de l.information et les journalistes seront gérer dorénavant


The issue of the circulation of news throughout history, as well as the relationship between journalists and news sources, has aroused considerable controversy in the media in its three historical, professional, and legal aspects. It was necessary to identify the reasons for this historical transformation and to identify the most prominent stages it had undergone, at the same time, in light of the technological developments that had taken place and the technical development that had resulted in, in particular, the media. In addition to the freedom provided by the Internet with its various providers of websites and social networks, which called for the need to talk about the disappearance of the theory of the guard of the media portal or not. In this article, we wanted to look at the impact of these historical developments and transformations on the way news is circulating and on the relationship between journalists and news sources.
