المستخلص: Arabic is a language that recognized by its movable performance on the end of the word. This movements related to scientific syllabus put his essentials to improve grammatical issues which more subjects related to. some of these topics are related to syntactic which consists of it and some related to function of structural elements and this field enlarge to relate semantics with this grammar to another fields of function such as (verb, Subject, object). Then topics out of syntactic related to syntactic itself, for example, interpretation of movements. This search aims to find the ration that semantic builds on and this relation of syntactic and semantic with the pausing on the truth of Arabic syntactic and fundamental syntactic that built on. Sybaweih's book was an original sample to state this topic.
