المستخلص: Questioning the available literature and e-TI journal case, analysis of science communication foundations shows that open access is the cause of extramural communication between scientists, publishers and information professionals. In this context, the attempt to identify elements governing generation, evaluation and publication of works in open access has led to misuses findings. In order to elicitate them, exploring the use conditions such as intellectual property, quote and signature reveals the presence of bias. Their Overtake requires the advent of renewed and flexible ethics.
