المستخلص: يهدف البحث إبراز دور المحاسبة الفعال في خلق الأبداع المحاسبي، وهناك العديد من الأساليب المالية تعتمدها المحاسبة يتحقق في ظلها تحسن في مستوى الأداء وتعزيز وضع الوحدات الاقتصادية في السوق من خلال خلق الميزة التنافسية دون أن تكون مكلفة متمثلة في هندسة المحاسبة لتساهم في الاستخدام الأمثل للموارد المالية المتاحة. ولأجل تحقيق هذه الأهداف تم صياغة فرضية للبحث مفادها أن الأبداع والابتكار المحاسبي مرتبط باستخدام المحاسب هندسة المحاسبة في تحليل وصياغة الخطط المالية مع اعتماد التكنولوجيا كعامل أساسي وضروري لإدارة الأبداع المالي فتعاظم المهارات والقدرات الفكرية للمحاسبين يزيد من إسهامهم في تقويم نتائج تنفيذ الخطط المالية والمساهمة في صنع القرارات التي تعزز الميزة التنافسية للوحدات الاقتصادية من خلال امتلاكها مقومات النجاح في السوق. إن هندسة المحاسبة يمكنها تقديم مساعدة فعالة لتحقيق الأهداف الاستراتيجية التي تخطط لها الوحدات الاقتصادية، فهندسة المحاسبة لا يقتصر دورها فقط على تخفيض تكاليف الأنشطة المنفذة بل أيضا تطوير وابتكار منتجات مالية جديدة وتقديم خدمات وحلول مبدعة للمشكلات التي تواجه الوحدات الاقتصادية فضلا عن مواجهة المخاطر التي تتعرض لها تلك الوحدات.
