المستخلص: The study aimed to identify the managerial leadership styles of the heads of sports clubs in the state of Ouargla for football from the point of view of the coaches and to distinguish those styles according to the coaches' understanding according to the variable of the activity category in which each sports club is active. The questionnaire designed according to the behavioral theory about styles Leadership used to collect the data, which produced three main leadership styles: democratic, authoritative, and autocratic styles. After verifying the validity of the study instrument and recording a high degree of Stability and Validity, it was applied to a sample of the coaches of the state of Ouargla for football and all categories. It consisted of 70 coaches selected in a stratified random way. The study indicated the following results:
1- The availability of the democratic administrative leadership style of the club heads as perceived by the coaches. The authoritative administrative leadership style of the heads of the clubs did not exist from the point of view of the coaches. The autocratic administrative leadership style of the heads of sports clubs is with an average availability from the point of the view of coaches.
2 - There are no statistically significant differences in the administrative leadership styles of heads of the club due to the variable of the activity category.

L'étude visait à identifier les styles de leadership responsables administratifs pour les responsables des clubs sportifs au niveau de la wilaya de Ouargla du point de vue des entraineurs, et la différenciation de ces styles selon leurs compréhensions anssi la variable de la classe d’activité dans laquelle actif chaque club sportifs. Le chercheur a utilisé pour la collecte des données questionnaires conçu selon la théorie du comportement sur les styles leadership qui a produit trois grands styles de leadership principales démocratiques ,autoritaire et chaotique et âpres vérification de la validité de l’instrument d’enquête et l’enregistrement d’un haut degré d’honnêteté et de cohérence ont été appliqués sur un échantillon d’entraineurs de la wilaya de Ouargla de football et toutes les classes qui se composent de 70 entraineurs choisi de manière aléatoire stratifie.
L’étude a abouti aux résultats suivants :
1. Disponibilité du style de leadership administratifs démocratique aux présidents des clubs selon la compréhension des entraineurs par contre la non disponibilité du style leadership administratifs dictatorial aux présidents des clubs de point de vue des entraineurs tandis que le style de leadership administratif chaotique pour les présidents du clubs sportifs de disponibilité moyenne de point de vue des entraineurs.
2. L'absence de différences statistiquement significatives dans les styles de leadership administratif pour les présidents de clubs en raison de la variable de la catégories de l'activité .

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الأنماط القيادية الإدارية لرؤساء النوادي الرياضية لولاية ورقلة لكرة القدم من وجهة نظر المدربين، وتمايز تلك الأنماط حسب ما يدركه المدربون وفق متغير صنف النشاط الذي ينشط فيه كل نادي رياضي، وقد استخدم الباحث لجمع البيانات استبياناً صممه وفق النظرية السلوكية حول الأنماط القيادية، والتي أنتجت ثلاث أنماط قيادية رئيسية وهي النمط الديمقراطي، والتسلطي، والفوضوي، وبعد التحقق من صلاحية أداة الدراسة وتسجيل درجة عالية من الصدق والثبات، تم تطبيقها على عينة من مدربي ولاية ورقلة لكرة القدم ولجميع الأصناف، تكونت من 70 مدرب اختيروا بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية.
أسفرت الدراسة على النتائج التالية:
-1 توافر النمط القيادي الإداري الديمقراطي لرؤساء النوادي حسب ما يدركه المدربون، بينما لم يتوافر النمط القيادي الإداري الديكتاتوري لرؤساء النوادي من وجهة نظر المدربين، بينما كان النمط القيادي الإداري الفوضوي لرؤساء النوادي الرياضية بتوافر متوسط من وجهة نظر المدربين.
-2 عدم وجود أي فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية للأنماط القيادية الإدارية لرؤساء النوادي تعزى لمتغير لصنف النشاط.
