|a يهتم الروائي الجزائري الازهر عطية بالبحث في طبائع النفس البشرية من خلال مجالات الكتابة الراهنة، سواء تعلق الأمر بالطبائع الايجابية أو السلبية التي تسهم في بناء النموذج الحكائي بوصفها موضوعات إنسانية صالحة لكل زمان ومكان. سنختار نموذجا للدراسة تظهر فيه رمزية الشخصيات بجلاء وهو نص رواية المملكة الرابعة للأزهر عطية التي أنجزت سنة 1990، ونالت هذه الرواية الجائزة الأولى من وزارة الثقافة بالجزائر سنة 1994 .ثم نشرتها وزارة الثقافة سنة 2007 في إطار سنة الجزائر عاصمة الثقافة العربية. تحتوي الرواية على عدة شخصيات مهمة تمثلت في صوت السارد (موجود الثاني) إضافة إلى الملوك الأربعة الذين يمثلون فترات الحكم في مكان وزمان غير محددين.

Ce roman a été publié par le ministère de la Culture en 2007 dans le cadre de l'Algérie dans la capitale de la culture arabe. Le roman contient plusieurs personnalités importantes était la voix du narrateur (mawjoud 2) en plus des quatre rois qui représentent des périodes de régime en place et le temps non spécifique.
