المستخلص: يعرض هذا المقال تحليلا للخطاب السياسي الفرنسي من خلال نوعه الرسمي:
الخطاب الافتتاحي. هي مجرد قراءة تحليلية لأحد الصور الخطابية وهو الخطاب الافتتاحي لرؤساء الجمهورية الخامسة الفرنسية (1958-2012). لقد تم توظيف برنامجين للقياس اللفظي (ايراميتاك وليكسيكو 3) لغرض الكشف عن طرق إدراج وتسمية الجمهور في الخطاب من طرف الرجل السياسي. هذا من جهة. ومن جهة أخري، حاولنا الكشف عن بعض القيم الاجتماعية والثقافية المرسلة من طرف الرجل السياسي خاصة من خلال اختيار الألفاظ والكلمات في عبارات المخاطبة.

Cet article propose une analyse du discours politique français à travers son genre officiel : le discours d’investiture. Elle a été menée sur l’une des figures discursives particulières : le discours d’investiture des présidents de la 5ème République française (1958- 2012). Deux logiciels lexicométriques ont été mis en oeuvre (Iramuteq et Lexico 3) et ce pour révéler la manière dont est impliqué le public par l’énonciateur politique d’une part, et de l’autre part, ont été explicitées certaines valeurs socioculturelles transmises par l’homme politique spécifiquement à travers ses choix lexicaux dans les formules d’adresse.

This article presents an analysis of the French political discourse through its official type:
The opening speech is just an analytical reading of one of the speeches images which is the inaugural speech of the French Fifth Presidents (1958-2012). Two verbal measurement programs (Iramatek and Lixico 3) have been employed for the purpose of revealing ways of including and naming the public in the discourse by the political men. This on the one hand and on the other hand, we tried to reveal some of the social and cultural values sent by the political man, especially through the selection of words and lyrics in the words of speech..
