|f The Almoravid “masked” state was one of the successful experiences in the Islamic West, in light of the division of the Islamic world into political entities separate from the Abbasid Caliphate in Baghdad. \nThe Almoravid State was able to extend its influence over large parts of the Islamic Maghreb. It was initially a reform Da'wah (invitational) movement that was able to re-disseminate the correct teachings of Islam for some of the main teachings of the religion. That was especially in some areas where there was a clear departure from some of the teachings of the religion, such as the region of Barghouata and the mountains of Gemara. It was then able to establish the new capital for the state, and that was Marrakech.\nDuring the reign of Yusuf ibn Tashfin, the kingdom of Bani Abbad in Andalusia called upon the Almoravids to stand against the Christian danger, in the case where the Christian King had the upper hand over many of the kings of the Islamic groupings. The Almoravids were able to cross into Andalusia, to stand up against Christian covetous ambitions and to put brakes on the Christian Redemption Movement. Indeed, it was able to annex Andalusia once and for all. Thus, the Almoravid State was a pioneer in respect to unifying the Moroccan and Andalusian enemies and thus constituted a successful unification experiment.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018.

|a شكلت دولة المرابطين (الملثمين) إحدى التجارب الناجحة في الغرب الإسلامي في ظل انقسام العالم الإسلامي إلى كيانات سياسية منفصلة عن الخلافة العباسية في بغداد.\nوقد استطاعت دولة المرابطين بسط نفوذها على أجزاء واسعة من بلاد المغرب الإسلامي وكانت في البداية حركة دعوية إصلاحية استطاعت إعادة نشر تعاليم الإسلام الصحيحة عن بعض تعاليم الدين أمثال خاصة في بعض المناطق التي عرفت خروجا صريحا عن بعض تعالم الدين أمثال منطقة برغواطة وجبال غمارة، ثم تمكنت من تأسيس العاصمة الجديدة للدولة وهي مراكش.\nأثناء فترة حكم يوسف بن تاشفين استنجدت مملكة بني عباد في الأندلس بالمرابطين لصد الخطر النصراني، حيث كانت للمالك النصرانية اليد الطولي على كثير من ملوك الطوائف الإسلامية. وقد تمكن المرابطون من العبور إلى الأندلس والوقوف في وجه الأطماع النصرانية وفرملة حركة الاسترداد المسيحي، بل وتمكنت من ضم الأندلس نهائيا، وبذلك كانت الدولة المرابطية سباقة في توحيد العدوتين المغربية والأندلسية وشكلت بذلك تجربة وحدوية ناجحة.

|d l'unification du Maghreb et de l'Andalousie par les almoravides L'état des ALMORAVIDES est fondé au Maghreb et de l'Andalousie au milieu du 5 eme siècle de l'hégire .\nIl commençait en tant que mouvement pour le changement et de\nréforme sociale dirigé par le savant Abd Allah ben Yacine . le\nmouvement devint un puissant état ; il a annexé des parties du Maghreb et du désert ( pays du Sahara ) puis il a pu conquérir . les rois des TAIFAS ( sectes ) et dominer l'Andalousie .\nL'état de ALMORAVIDES a a aussi pu affronter les royaumes\nespagnoles et de protéger les musulmans en Andalousie au début de 6 eme siècle , l'état commençait à s'affaiblir et ne pouvait plus résister devant la force des royaumes espagnoles et celle des ALMOHADES au Maghreb .\nL'état des ALMORAVIDES est fini par des ALMOHADES l'an 541 hégirien.
