المستخلص: This article deals with Algeria's representation in the French Parliament during the Third Republic era, between 1919, the year after the Great War, and 1929, the year of economic crisis and transformation stimulated by it, followed by France's celebration of the centenary of the French occupation of Algeria on July 5, 1830. It also discusses the issue of the representation of the same parliament as a “legitimate” and “democratic” framework for discussion, indeed even for the voting upon and ratification of laws concerning Algeria, such as French workers, and the issue of Algerian Muslims being considered as “French nationals”. This was due to the weakness of representation of these workers and the non-representation of Algerians by European deputies, due to them being elected by the European minority and for the sake of serving their privileges.

يتطرق هذا المقال لتمثيل الجزائر في البرلمان الفرنسي على عهد الجمهورية الثالثة، بين 1919، سنة ما بعد الحرب الكبرى، و1929، سنة الآزمة الاقتصادية والتحولات، التي أثارتها وبعدها احتفال فرنسا بمئوية الاحتلال الفرنسي للجزائر في 5 جويلية 1830 كما يناقش مسألة تمثيلية ذات البرلمان كإطار "شرعي" و "ديمقراطي" لمنلقشة، بل والتصويت والمصادقة على قوانين تخص الجزائر؛ كعمالات فرنسية، والمسلمين الجزائريين كـ "رعايا فرنسيين"، وذلك بالنظر لضعف تمثيل تلك العمالات ولعدم تمثيلية النواب الأوروبيين للجزائريين، لكونهم منتخبين من طرف الأقلية الأوروبية ولأجل خدمة امتيازاتها.

Cet article traite de la représentation de l’Algérie au sein du parlement français sous la 3è république, de 1919, l’année de l’après grand guerre, jusqu’en 1929, année de la crise économique et de la célébration par la France, des festivités du centenaire de la prise d’Alger le 5 juillet 1830, comme il traite de la représentativité de ce même parlement en tant que cadre « légal » et « démocratique » pour la discussion, voir le vote et l’approbation de lois concernant et l’Algérie, en tant que départements français, et les « français » musulmans d’Algérie en tant que « nationaux » au vu de la sous représentativité de ces départements et de la non représentativité des députés « européens » des populations étant donné qu’ils sont élus par la minorité des privilégiés que sont les colons et pour leurs intérets.
