المستخلص: This study aims to identify the methods of crisis management and its relationship to strategic planning in the Jordanian Ministry of Interior. The study tool was used through a questionnaire prepared for this purpose and which was addressed to 310 administrators, both male, and female, working in the Jordanian Ministry of Interior. The methods of descriptive statistical analysis, contrast technique, and T and F tests were also used, and the qualitative and quantitative approaches were relied upon to achieve the objectives of the study. The study found that there is a remarkable interest among the administrators working in the Ministry of Interior in crisis management methods, especially the containment method, on the one hand, and attention to strategic planning processes on the other, as indicated by the results of the statistical analysis. There are differences in the estimates of the administrators working at the Ministry of Interior for crisis management methods due to the gender variable (in favor of males), on the other hand, there were no differences in the estimates of the administrators working in the Ministry of the Interior for the crisis management methods due to the variables of education qualification, and the years of service. There are also differences in the estimates of administrators working at the ministry for strategic planning operations due to the gender variable (in favor of males), on the other hand, there were no differences in their estimates for strategic planning operations due to the variables of education qualification and years of service.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أساليب إدارة الأزمة وعلاقتها بالتخطيط الاستراتيجي في وزارة الداخلية الأردنية. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم الاعتماد على أداة الدراسة من خلال استبانة تم إعدادها لهذا الغرض، موجهة إلى (٣١٠) إداريين وإداريات يعملون في وزارة الداخلية الأردنية، كما تم استخدام أساليب التحليل الإحصائي الوصفي، وأسلوب التباين واختبار T
وF لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة. واعتمد على المنهج الكمي والكيفي؛ لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك اهتماماً ملحوظاً من قبل الإداريين العاملين في وزارة الداخلية بأساليب إدارة الأزمات وخاصة أسلوب الاحتواء من جهة، والاهتمام بعمليات التخطيط الاستراتيجي من جهة أخرى، كما دلت على ذلك نتائج التحليل الإحصائي، وأن هناك فروقاً في تقديرات الإداريين العاملين في وزارة الداخلية لأساليب إدارة الأزمات تعزى لمتغير الجنس (لصالح الذكور) ، وفي القابل لم تكن هناك فروق في تقديرات الإداريين العاملين في وزارة الداخلية لأساليب إدارة الأزمات تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، ومتغير سنوات الخدمة، وهناك أيضاً فروق في تقديرات الإداريين العاملين في وزارة الداخلية لعمليات التخطيط الاستراتيجي تعزى لمتغير الجنس (لصالح الذكور)، وفي المقابل لم تكن هناك فروق في تقديرات الإداريين العاملين في وزارة الداخلية لعمليات التخطيط الاستراتيجي تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، ومتغير سنوات الخدمة.
