المستخلص: The topic of this research is about a new interpretation of Quran: “the contemporary interpretation: guiding the mystified to the directives of Quran” written by Shekh Ahmed Abdulsalam Abi Muzairik (2010). who is one of the modern scholars in Libya, where this is the first complete interpretation in Libya for Qura’an and has took 20 years to complete his book. The book is a comprehensive interpretation which includes words meaning, grammar, rhetorical research, interpretive guidance and directives. According to that the researcher aims to study this book. The problem statement is the approach used by ShekhAbi Muzairik in interpreting the Quran. The main question of this study is whether he has adopted the same approach of preceding interpreters or not? And from this main question two sub-questions: Who is ShekhAbi Muzairik and what was his scientific approach among contemporary scholars. This study aims to introduce him and his approach in interpretation by opinion. The study is divided into two sections: The first section introduction which discusses about the author and part of his scientific life, and the second section discussed his approach in interpretation through opinion, and mentioning his citations. The result of this study shows that the book of ShekhAbi Muzairik is one of the interpretations based on good opinion and it was based completely on the language in interpretation of the words of Quran. The researcher concluded that ShekhAbi Muzairik depended on poetry to interpret the verses of Quran, and he has depended little on citations from Arab and Libyan parables.

يدور موضوع هذا البحث حول تفسير معاصر وهو: إرشاد الحيران إلى توجيهات القرآن، للشيخ أحمد عبد السلام أبو مزيريق (ت 2010م)، أحد علماء ليبيا المعاصرين، حيث يعد هذا التفسير أول تفسير ليبي للقرآن الكريم كاملاً، استغرق مؤلفه في كتابته عشرين عاماً، فجاء شاملاً لمباحث التفسير من معاني كلمات، وإعراب، ومباحث بلاغية، وإرشادات وتوجيهات تفسيرية، ومن هنا رأى الباحث أن يقوم بدراسة حول هذا الكتاب عنوانها: "الشيخ أبو مزيريق ومنهجه في التفسير بالرأي في تفسيره إرشاد الحيران إلى توجيهات القرآن"، مشكلة هذا البحث تدور حول المنهجية التي اتبعها في التفسير بالرأي، هل سار فيها على خطى من سبقه من المفسرين أم خالفهم؟ ويتفرع من هذا سؤال رئيس: من هو الشيخ أبو مزيريق، وما هو منهجه في التفسير بالرأي؟ وتهدف هذه الدراسة للتعريف بالشيخ أبي مزيريق، وبيان منهجه في التفسير بالرأي، قسم الباحث البحث إلى: مقدمة، ومبحثين تحدث في الأول عن المؤلف وجانب من حياته العلمية، وفي الثاني عن منهجه في التفسير بالرأي وذكر مصادره في التفسير، وخاتمة بأهم نتائج البحث، وخرجت هذه الدراسة ببعض النتائج منها: تفسير إرشاد الحيران هو أحد كتب التفسير بالرأي المحمود، اعتمد فيه المفسر اعتماداً كبيراً على اللغة في تفسير القرآن، وخلصت الدراسة أيضاً إلى أن المفسر يستشهد بالشعر في تفسيره، وقليلاً ما يستشهد بالأمثال العربية والليبية.
