يتناول هذا البحث المصالح المرسلة من حيث مفهومها ومنهج الاستدلال بها في حل الأزمات الاقتصادية من خلال تحليل بعض التصرفات التي يمكن من خلالها تفادي الكوارث والأزمات الاقتصادية الواقعى على مؤسسات خدمية وصناعية فيها من المصالح التي تصل للمجتمع الكثير الكثير, لذا جاء هذا البحث بمبحثين تم في المبحث الأول بيان مفهوم المصالح وحكمها الشرعي واهم ضوابط الاستدلال بها, أما في المبحث الثاني فتم ذكر أهم الوسائل المشروعة من خلال المصلحة لحل أهم الأزمات الاقتصادية وصل الباحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج كان من أهمها: أن المصالح المرسلة عند المجيزين لا يمكن أن تكون دليلاً لبيان الأحكام إلا إذا تحققت بها ضوابط شرعية كأن تحقق النفع لأغلب الناس ومعتبرة شرعاً, وأن المصالح المرسلة لعبت دوراً في بيان حكم كثير من الطرق الاقتصادية التي يمكن من خلالها تلافي الأخطار الحادثة من الأزمات الاقتصادية. مع إجازة التحويل والاندماج بناءا على المصلحة المتحققة من عملها في أُطر المعاملات المالية.
