المستخلص: International humanitarian law gives civilian women double protection, benefiting from the general protection afforded to civilian persons not taking part in hostilities and with Special protection aimed at providing them with additional protection due to their medical and physiological needs, often associated with their reproductive role and privacy considerations.
In view of the fact that special protection is more important for civilian women, especially in times of armed conflict, we will try to focus on its study in order to determine its effectiveness in three key situations in which international humanitarian law provides for such protection: during armed conflict, occupation and during detention.

Le droit international humanitaire accorde femmes Civils double protection, que de bénéficier de la protection générale accordée aux civils pour les personnes qui ne prennent pas part aux hostilités, et la protection spéciale conçue pour fournir une protection supplémentaire pour eux en raison des besoins physiologiques et médicaux souvent associés à leur rôle dans les considérations en matière de reproduction et de
confidentialité. Parce que la protection spéciale encore plus important pour les femmes Civils, en particulier le temps de conflit armé, nous allons essayer de suivre se concentrent sur l'étude visant à déterminer l'efficacité et dans trois modes saisir le texte de droit international humanitaire, notamment la protection qui en période de conflit et de l'occupation armée, et quand les arrestations,

يمنح القانون الدولي الإنساني للنساء المدنيات حماية مزدوجة، إذ يستفدن من الحماية العامة الممنوحة للأشخاص المدنيين الذين لا يشاركون في الأعمال الحربية، ومن حماية خاصة تهدف إلى توفير حماية إضافية لهن نظرا لاحتياجاتهن الطبية والفسيولوجية المرتبطة غالبا بدورهن في الإنجاب ولاعتبارات الخصوصية.
ونظرا لأن الحماية الخاصة أكثر أهمية بالنسبة للنساء المدنيات خصوصا زمن النزاعات المسلحة، سوف نحاول فيما يلي التركيز على دراستها للوقوف على مدى فعاليتها وذلك في ثلاث أوضاع أساسية نص فيها القانون الدولي الانساني على مثل هذه الحماية وهي أثناء النزاعات المسلحة والاحتلال وعند الاعتقال
