المستخلص: This article deals with an important topic about a segment that represents a fair proportion of society, it's the mentally retarded category, it's people who need special care. They also have rights that must be fulfilled for them, the most important of which is their training and education so that they can adapt and integrate into society.
The training and education of the mentally retarded is not easy; the material and human resources needed to educate them must be provided. This is why this task is entrusted to trained and qualified educators to deal with this class. But in the course of their tasks, they face various difficulties, from the perspective of relationship, pedagogy and professional process.

Cet article traite un thème important sur une catégorie qui représente une
proportion importante dans la société, c’est les déficients mentaux, ce sont des personnes qui ont besoin d’une attention particulière, ils ont aussi des droits qu’il faut les leur réaliser, leur apprendre et leur former pour qu’ils puissent s’adapter et s’intégrer dans la société.
Faire apprendre et former les déficients mentaux n’est pas facile, il faut
disposer les ressources matérielles et humaines qu’il faut pour leur apprentissage, tout cela rend cette tâche confiée aux éducateurs formés et qualifiés pour faire face à cette catégorie. Mais en exerçant leurs fonctions ils affrontent des difficultés, relationnelles, pédagogiques et professionnelles.

يعالج هذا المقال موضوعا مهما حول شريحة تمثل نسبة لا بأس بما في المجتمع، إنها فئة المتخلفين عقليا، إنهم أشخاص يحتاجون إلى رعاية خاصة، ولهم أيضا حقوق لابد من تحقيقها لهم، من أهمها تدريبهم وتعليمهم ليتمكنوا من التكيف والاندماج في المجتمع. إن تدريب وتعليم المتخلفين عقليا ليس بالأمر السهل، إذ لابد من توفير الإمكانيات المادية والبشرية اللازمة لتعليمهم. مما يجعل هذه المهمة توكل لمربين مكونين ومؤهلين للتعامل مع هذه الفئة. لكن أثناء أدائهم لمهامهم، تواجههم صعوبات مختلفة، من النواحي العلائقية، البيداغوجية والعملية المهنية.
