يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على الواقع الحالي لمهارات التواصل التربوي في ضوء جودة الأداء الوظيفي بين معلمي وموجهي التربية الموسيقية بدولة الكويت، ووضع نموذج مقترح لتنمية مهارات التواصل التربوي في ضوء جودة الأداء الوظيفي بين معلمي وموجهي التربية الموسيقية بدولة الكويت، استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي باستخدام الأسلوب المسحي نظرا لملائمته لطبيعة البحث، تم اختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العمدية ممثلة في معلمي التربية الموسيقية (معلمات-معلمين) بالمناطق التعليمية المختلقة بدولة الكويت للمدارس بالمرحلتين الابتدائية والمتوسطة، وذلك لعدد (89) من معلمي التربية الموسيقية، حيث بلغت العينة الاستطلاعية عدد (30) معلم ومعلمة بنسبة مئوية مقدارها (33.71%)، وبلغت العينة الأساسية عدد (59) معلم ومعلمة بنسبة مئوية مقدارها (66.29%)ا وأهم النتائج أن مهارات التواصل التربوي لدى موجهي التربية الموسيقية مع المعلمين والمعلمات جاءت بدرجة متوسطة والمتمثلة في التواصل اللفظي، التواصل التحريري، التواصل الحركي، كما يوجد ضعف شديد في مستوى التواصل الإلكتروني ويرجع ذلك إلى ضعف في الكفاية التكنولوجية لدى معلمي التربية الموسيقية من التواصل التربوي إلكترونيا، ووضع النموذج المقترح لتنميه مهارات التواصل التربوي في ضوء جودة الأداء الوظيفي بين معلمي وموجهي التربية الموسيقية بدولة الكويت حيز التنفيذ والتطبيق.
The research aims to identify the current realities of the skills of educational communication in the light of functionality between the teachers and directors of music education in Kuwait quality, and to develop a proposal Model for the development of educational communication skills in the light of functionality between the teachers and directors of music education in Kuwait quality, researcher used the descriptive method using a screening method due to the nature of its relevance to the search, Was selected sample purposively represented by the teachers of music education (parameters - teachers) different educational areas in Kuwait for schools phases elementary, middle, and for a number (89) of the teachers of music education, where the sample exploratory reached number (30) teachers and the percentage of ( 33.71%), the basic sample and reached number (59) teachers as a percentage of (66.29%), The most important results that the directors of music education Educational communication skills with teachers came moderately represented in verbal communication, communication editorial, motor to communicate, and there are very weak in the level of electronic communication due to the weakness in technological competence among teachers music Education Educational communicate electronically, and the development of the proposed model for the development of educational communication skills in light of the effect and application functionality between the quality of teachers and supervisors of music education in Kuwait.
