تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة توفر مواصفات المدير الإلكتروني لدى مديرات ومساعدات مكاتب الإشراف التربوي في مدينة الرياض من وجهة نظر موظفاتهن، وذلك من خلال الإجابة عن الأسئلة التالية: 1-ما درجة توفر مواصفات المدير الإلكتروني لدى مديرات ومساعدات مكاتب الإشراف التربوي في مدينة الرياض من وجهة نظر موظفاتهن؟\n2-هل هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات إجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول درجة توفر مواصفات المدير الإلكتروني لدى مديرات ومساعدات مكاتب الإشراف التربوي في مدينة الرياض تعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة (عدد الدورات التدريبية في مجال الحاسب الآلي، الخبرة الوظيفية مع المديرة أو المساعدة)؟ \t\n3-ما أهم المقترحات التي تساهم في توفير مواصفات المدير الإلكتروني لدى مديرات ومساعدات مكاتب الإشراف التربوي في مدينة الرياض؟\nواستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، و(الاستبانة) كأداة للدراسة.\n\tوتكون مجتمع الدراسة من موظفات مكتب الإشراف التربوي شمال الرياض وموظفات مكتب الإشراف التربوي بالبديعة البالغ عددهن (446)، وبلغت عدد عينة الدراسة (112).\nوقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج وهي:\n1-\tأن موظفات مكاتب الإشراف التربوي يرين توفر جميع مواصفات المدير الإلكتروني لدى مديرات ومساعدات مكاتب الإشراف التربوي في مدينة الرياض بدرجة عالية.\n2-\tلا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات إجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول درجة توفر مواصفات المدير الإلكتروني لدى مديرات ومساعدات مكاتب الإشراف التربوي في مدينة الرياض تعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة (عدد الدورات التدريبية في مجال الحاسب الآلي، الخبرة الوظيفية مع المديرة أو المساعدة).\n3-\tأن موظفات مكاتب الإشراف التربوي يرين تفعيل مقترحات الدراسة لتوفير المواصفات الإلكترونية التي يجب أن يتحلى بها المدير الإلكتروني بدرجة عالية، وكان أهم مقترحين حصلا على درجة تأييد عالية جدا من قبل الموظفات هو " أن تحضر المديرة أو المساعدة برامج تدريبية تعني بالتقنية الحديثة وفعاليتها في الإدارة" وكذلك أن تهتم المديرة أو المساعدة ببرامج التعلم الذاتية التي تهدف إلى التحول للإدارة الإلكترونية".
Teh study aims to identify teh degree of availability of teh specifications of teh electronic manager among teh directors and assistants of teh educational supervision offices in Riyadh from teh point of view of their employees. dis is by answering teh following questions: \n1- What is teh degree of availability of teh specifications of teh e-manager among teh educational supervision offices in Riyadh from teh point of view of their employees?\nAre there any statistically significant differences between teh averages of teh respondents of teh study sample about teh degree of availability of teh specifications of teh electronic manager among teh directors and assistants of teh educational supervision offices in Riyadh due to teh variables of teh study (Number of computer training courses, job experience with manager or assistant).?\nWhat are teh most important proposals dat contribute to providing teh specifications of teh e-manager of teh educational supervision offices in Riyadh?\nTeh study used teh descriptive analytical approach and teh questionnaire as a tool for teh study. \nTeh study community was made up of teh staff of teh Educational Supervision Office in North Riyadh and teh staff of teh Educational Supervision Office in Badiah (446), and teh number of teh study sample (112)\nTeh study reached a number of findings:\n1. Teh employees of teh educational supervision offices see teh availability of all teh specifications of teh electronic manager among teh directors and assistants of teh educational supervision offices in teh city of Riyadh to a high degree.\n2.
