هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوي ممارسة القائدات التربويات للتخطيط المدرسي من وجهة نظر المعلمات والتعرف على مستوي ممارسة القائدات التربويات للشفافية الإدارية من وجهة نظر المعلمات والتعرف على العلاقة بين درجة ممارسة القائدات التربويات للتخطيط المدرسي والشفافية الإدارية من وجهة نظر المعلمات.
منهج الدارسة:
اتبعت هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي.
أداة الدراسة:
استبانة للتعرف على التخطيط المدرسي لدى القائدات التربويات وعلاقته بمستوي الشفافية الإدارية.
عينة الدراسة:
معلمات مدارس شرق الرياض للمرحلة المتوسطة.
الأساليب الإحصائية:
تم استخدام المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية والنسب المئوية والتكرارات ومعامل الارتباط بيرسون ومعامل ألفا كرونباخ.
أهم النتائج:
ممارسة القائدات التربويات في مدارس شرق الرياض للتخطيط المدرسي من وجهة نظر المعلمات كان بمستوي متوسطا وأن أكثر الأبعاد التخطيط المدرسي كان بدرجة عالية هي إعداد الخطة، متابعة الخطة وتقويمها. وكانت ممارسة القائدات التربويات في مدارس شرق الرياض للشفافية الإدارية من وجهة نظر المعلمات كان بمستوي متوسط، وجود علاقة طردية بين ممارسة القائدات التربويات للتخطيط المدرسي ككل من قبل القائدات التربويات في مدارس شرق الرياض وممارسة الشفافية الإدارية.
أهم التوصيات:
- المشاركة في وضع الخطط من قبل جميع المستويات المعينة.
-نشر وترسيخ ثقافة التخطيط بين جميع أفراد المنظمة.
- لابد أن توضع الخطط بحدود الإمكانات المادية والبشرية.
- تنظيم دورات تدريبية للقائدات التربويات في مجال التخطيط المدرسي لرفع مستواهن.
- إقامة ندوات تعرف بمفهوم الشفافية الإدارية للقائدات التربويات تتضمن معني الشفافية وأهميتها في العمل الإداري.

Objectives of the study:
The study aimed at identifying the level of practice by the educational leaders for school planning from the point of view of teachers and the level of practice by the educational leaders for administrative transparency from the point of view of teachers and to identify the relationship between the degree of exercise of educational leaders for school planning and administrative transparency from the point of view of teachers.
Method of study:
This study followed the descriptive approach.
Study Tool:
A questionnaire to identify the school planning of educational leaders and its relationship to the level of administrative transparency.
The study sample:
Teachers from the East Riyadh Intermediate Schools.
Statistical Methods:
Arithmetic averages, standard deviations, percentages, iterations, Pearson correlation coefficient and Alpha Cronbach coefficient were used.
Main results:
The practice of educational leaders in schools in East Riyadh for school planning from the point of view of teachers was of a medium level and that the greatest dimensions of school planning which was at a high degree is the preparation of the plan, follow-up plan and evaluation of the plan. The practice of educational leaders in East Riyadh schools for administrative transparency from the teachers' point of view was moderate, and there was a direct relationship between the practice of educational leaders in school planning as a whole by the educational leaders in schools in East Riyadh and the practice of administrative transparency.
Main Recommendations:
- Participate in the development of plans by all levels assigned.
- Disseminate and consolidate the culture of planning among all members of the organization.
- Plans must be made within the limits of material and human potential.
- Organizing training courses for educational leaders in the field of school planning to raise their levels.
- The holding of seminars that identify the concept of administrative transparency for female educational leaders that include the meaning of transparency and its importance in administrative work.
