المستخلص: This section explains the constitutional framework for the non-supervisory jurisdictions of the Egyptian parliament in the constitution of 2014, in comparison with that of the 1971 constitution, denoting that the legislator has given the parliament some broad authorities and jurisdictions, either separately or shared' with the president or with the government. Additionally, it seems that those jurisdictions are to be read as strengthening the authorities of the executive branch on the legislative branch.
