Education policy impacts clearly on the supply and demand of labor because education represents the main source of human capacity building. Accordingly, a flexible education system allowing courses diversity, establishing liaisons with life practices and activities, in addition to continuous training is most likely to provide suitable solutions to the problem of imbalances between both sides of labor demand and supply. Such a system may also limit to a minimum the cases of individuals' education failure and its harmful consequences to human resources and investments in education. Inspired by this importance of education to the proper functioning of the labor market in Egypt, this study endeavors to introduce a dynamic forecast model to predict the labor demand and supply gaps due to the divergence between the labor market needs and educational structure of graduates of the Egyptian education system at its different levels.
