المستخلص: تتميز الأقاليم الساحلية الجزائرية بخصائص مورفولوجية مميزة جداً، الأمر الذي ساعد على تطور عدة أنشطة فيها، وعلى رأسها السياحة والصيد البحري؛ وبقدر ما يلعب انتماء هذه الأقاليم إلى البحر والبحر دوراً مهماً في خلق مجموعة من التفاعلات بين البشر والطبيعة فيها، إلا أن ذلك ساهم في إفراز جملة من الاختلالات التي جعلت هذه الأقاليم تتسم بالهشاشة؛ حيث نجد النظام الأيكولوجي البحري، يمثل أكبر المتضررين من هذه العملية التنموية، خاصة التنمية السياحية؛ في هذا الإطار تحاول هذه الدراسة تقييم التنمية السياحية الساحلية على ضوء المخطط التوجيهي للتهيئة السياحية “SDAT2025” في ظل غياب المقاربة المدمجة وعدم مراعاة التوجه الاقتصادي والاجتماعي لهذا الأقاليم.

Les régions côtières en Algérie sont d’une grande importance. En plus de leur teneur en ressources naturelles biologiques marines, elles fournissent des possibilités de développement économique reposant sur plusieurs autres activités tel que le tourisme et la pêche. Le présent article vise une analyse tendant à orienter les décideurs, à travers une approche analytique et empirique, et d’évaluer le Schéma Directeur d’aménagement touristique "SDAT2025" en l’absence d’une approche intégrée et non en tenant compte de l'orientation socio-économique de ces régions.

Algeria's coastal regions have distinguished morphological characteristics, which has helped to develop a number of activities in Algeria, notably tourism and fishing to the extent that their belonging to the sea plays a vital role in creating a range of interactions between humans and nature, this has contributed to a number of imbalances that have made them vulnerable where we find that the marine ecosystem is the most affected by this development process, particularly tourism development. In this context, this study attempts to assess the development of coastal tourism in light of the guiding scheme of tourism development “SDAT2025” in the absence of an integrated approach and the lack of consideration of the economic and social orientation of these regions.
