المستخلص: شهدت الجزائر انفتاحا اقتصاديا تميز بحركة دائمة يطبعها التغيير خاصة بعد تحولها من سياسة الاقتصاد الموجه إلى اقتصاد السوق، فغزت السلع والبضائع مختلف الأسواق، ونمت الرغبة في التسابق نحو تحقيق الربح وتعزيز المؤسسات بأنواعها وفرض تواجدها داخل الأسواق في ظل القوة التنافسية، ورتب ذلك انعكاسات بالنسبة للممارسات التجارية فتحولت إلى أعمال غير مشروعة نتيجة لجوء البعض إلى وسائل تتنافى وأعراف وعادات التجارة.

L'Algérie témoin une ouverture économique caractériser le mouvem cccent marqué de façon permanente par le changement , surtout après sa transformation d'une économie axée sur les politiques pour une économie de marché , envahi produits différents marchés , et le désir de courir pour faire un profit et le renforcement des institutions de toutes sortes et imposante présence sur les marchés à la lumière de la force concurrentielle, et agencé de sorte que les implications pour pratiques commerciales se sont tournés vers des actes illégaux en raison de recourir à d'autres moyens contraires aux et coutumes de commerce.

Algeria has witnessed an economic opening characterized by a permanent movement characterized by change, especially after its transformation from a policy of an oriented economy to a market economy. Goods and merchandise invaded various markets, and the desire to race for profit has grown, strengthening institutions of all kinds and imposing their presence within the markets in light of competitive strength. This has had repercussions for business practices, turning them into illegal businesses as a result of some people resorting to methods that contradict the traditions and customs of trade.
