المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على نموذج متميز في مجال تأهيل أطفال مرضى السرطان في الأردن ( مركز الحسين للسرطان ). من حيث الاهتمام بأطفال مرضى السرطان كإحدى فئات ذوي الحاجات الخاصة-الإعاقة الجسمية والصحية/الأمراض المزمنة . وهي دراسة وصفية نوعية تفاعلية لمركز الحسين للسرطان كأكبر مركز متخصص رائد ومميز لأطفال مرضى السرطان في الأردن. حيث قام الباحثان بجمع المعلومات اللازمة من المركز بعد أخذ الموافقة من خلال نشرات المركز، والموقع الالكتروني، والمقابلة، والمكوث في المركز، ومن خلال التطوع والبحث والدراسة . وقد وجد الباحثان أن مركز الحسين للسرطان يتميز بأنه المركز الوحيد في الأردن المتخصص بعلاج مرض السرطان دون الأمراض الأخرى. ويعمل بمبدأ عمل الفريق في جميع المجالات من خلال تسلسل هيكلي علمي، و يقدم خدمات شمولية تكاملية للطفل المريض ليس في مجال الخدمة الطبية فقط للمرض المصاب به الطفل فحسب بل في جميع الجوانب الجسدية أو الطبية، وكذلك في الجوانب النفسية، والأسرية، والاجتماعية والتربوية والمهنية كبرنامج العودة إلى المدرسة. ويمتاز بالمرونة والتطوير المستمر والمبرمج للوسائل والإجراءات المتبعة، وتوفر الدعم المالي اللازم للمركز، وحرصه على توفير الدعم المعلوماتي والقانوني للطفل وأسرته ومعرفته بحقوقه، والوضوح، والمحافظة على سرية العلاقة، وحرصه على مد جسور التواصل مع المؤسسات المختلفة، وسعيه لتغيير الاتجاهات نحوهم بما يخدم أطفال مرضى السرطان، وإتاحته المجال بشكل رسمي للباحثين المختصين إجراء بحوثهم بعد الموافقة عليها من اللجنة المختصة.

This study aimed to recognize about a distinguished mo1del in term of children rehabilitation who caught cancer disease in Jordan (K.H.C.C), to take care of these children who caught cancer as one of special needs groups-health and physical impairments /chronic diseases. It's an interactive, qualitative and descriptive study for (K.H.C.C) as a bigger special center for cancer center in Jordan. The research has gathered the suitable information from the center that approval through the publications that has produced, electronic website interviews and observation and sometimes stay in the center or through studying and research. The researchers have found (K.H.C.C) is distinguished because it's the only one in Jordan which specializes of treating cancer disease without other diseases. This center performs of team work principle in many fields through methodological approach and presents completely and comprehensive facilities for the targeted child not only in the medical service but also for the disease of the child and all the physical and medical faces. Psychological, familial, social, educational and professional or vocational such as to: turn back to school program. It's brilliant through continuous development and programmed for methods and the following steps and not to stand, after that to provide the financial aid to the center. It provides the needed information for the child and his family to recognize his rights through the law. It identifies and confidentiality of the relationship to build the related bridges with the different institutions. It also insists to change the attitudes and trends and behaviors towards them to serve the cancer patients. Then ,to let the researchers officially, to perform their researches after they have achieved the acceptation from the special committee.
