المستخلص: The importance of this study lies in finding out the nature of the relationship between the struggle of the role and psychological stress among women who are working at the hospital in the Frenda District of Tiaret Province. The sample of the study was composed of 60 workers. One of the most important findings of the study is that there is a statistically significant correlation between the struggle of the role and psychological stress among women working at Ibn Sina Hospital in Frenda District of Tiaret Province.

تكتسي أهمية هذه الدراسة في معرفة طبيعة العلاقة بین صراع الدور والضغط النفسي لدى المرأة العاملة بمستشفى دائرة فرندة ولاية تيارت بحيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من (60) عاملة، ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة: وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين صراع الدور والضغط النفسي لدى المرأة العاملة بمستشفى ابن سينا بمدينة فرندة ولاية تيارت.

L'objectif de cette recherche est d'étudier le rôle et les contraintes psychiques chez les femmes qui travaillent à l’hôpital de Frenda la province de Tiaret, Et pour répondre aux questions De cette étude, le chercheur a utilisé l'approche descriptive Cette étude consistait en 60 réponses. est abouti à la conclusion suivante: - Il existe une corrélation positive statistiquement significative entre le conflit du rôle et le stress chez les femmes qui travailles à l’hôpital Faranda la province de Tiaret.
