المستخلص: The present study deals with the diagnosis of sources and indicators of working pressure according to the rotation system (8x3) in the plastic material company of Skikda city based on job analysis (executive technician). The study revealed that workers suffer from organizational labor pressures as well as feelings of frustration, preoccupation, high blood pressure, and nervous colons. Moreover, they have stress and with it manifestations of excessive consumption of stimulants in the night shift and sedatives in the morning and evening shifts.

Cette étude traite du diagnostique les sources et les indicateurs des pressions du travail selon le système du travail posté (3x8) au niveau du complexe des matières plastiques de Skikda sur la base de l’analyse des postes de travail (technicien de l’exécution).l’étude a démontré que les travailleurs souffrent de sources de pression de travail organisationnelles ainsi que de sentiments de frustration ,d’hypertension artérielle ,de et du colon nerveux en plus du stress accompagné de manifestations de consommation excessive de stimulants pendant le poste de nuit et de

الدراسة الحالية تتناول تشخيص مصادر ومؤشرات ضغوط العمل وفق نظام المناوبة (3×8) بمركب المواد البلاستيكية لمدينة سكيكدة اعتمادا على تحليل مناصب العمل (تقني تنفيذي)، ولقد كشفت الدراسة أن العمال يعانون من مصادر ضغوط العمل التنظيمية وكذا مشاعر الإحباط، الانشغال، ارتفاع ضغط الدم، والقولون العصبي إضافة إلى التوتر وما يصاحبه من مظاهر الاستهلاك المفرط للمنشطات في النوبة الليلية والمهدءات في النوبتين الصباحية والمسائية.
