|f This contribution aims to define the concept of development, human development, and economic growth and their relationships, highlighting the concept of development in its various economic and social dimensions, and its relevance to sustainable development. In addition to that, it will mention the objectives of human development, which are considered as a fundamental necessity of investing in human beings since they are basically and eventually for humans. |a تهدف هذه المساهمة إلى تحديد كل من مفهوم التنمية والتنمية البشرية والنمو الاقتصادي وأوجه العلاقة بينهم، مع تسليط الضوء علي مفهوم التنمية بأبعادها المختلفة، الاقتصادية والاجتماعية ومدى ارتباطها بالتنمية المستدامة، إلى جانب ذلك ذكر أهداف التنمية البشرية التي تعتبر كضرورة أساسية للاستثمار في الإنسان حيث أنها تقوم على أساس الإنسان وتنتهي إليه، ثم خلصنا إلى توضيح فكرة أساسية مفادها أن أي نمو اقتصادي تنشده دولة ما لا يمكن أن يكلل بالنجاح إلا عن طريق الاستثمار في الإنسان.

|d Cette contribution vise à identifier le concept du développement et le développement humain et la croissance économique, ainsi que les aspects de la relation entre eux, en mettant lumière sur le concept du développement avec ses différents aspects, économique, social et comment il se rapporte au développement durable ainsi que l'énonciation des objectifs du développement humain , lesquels considérés comme une nécessité essentielle pour investir dans l'homme, où il est basé sur l'homme et se termine chez lui. Ensuite, nous avons conclu à clarifier une idée fondamentale indiquant que n'importe quelle croissance économique désirée par un pays ne peut être réussie que par l'investissement dans l'homme.
