In order to optimize archival stocks by the different archiving systems it contains and to ensure their availability to present and future generations, archive centers have devoted great attention to the issue of conservation. They have made efforts and possibilities to develop, formulate and implement conservation policies that are comprehensive and consistent with the conservation status of archival centers, in keeping with their future projects. In order to identify this type of policy, we will focus in this study on highlighting the foundations and milestones of the conceptual basis for archiving policy by highlighting the elements of its success. These elements are: conservation diagnosis, conservation plan, emergency plan and configuration plan. That is especially if we know that the archive centers are in urgent need to apply this type of policy that touches upon the most important function, which is archiving that accompanies all archival activities, and is considered the supreme goal that it seeks to achieve. This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 Les centres d’archives et les institutions patrimoniales dont la mission essentielle est la conservation et la préservation du patrimoine de premier ordre, doivent disposer de politique bien formalisée de conservation. Une politique de conservation des documents archivistiques repose essentiellement sur quatre étapes essentielles : le bilan de conservation qui dresse un diagnostic de l’état des archives; le plan d’urgence qui énonce les procédures à suivre en cas de sinistre ; le plan de conservation qui propose quelques actions et chantiers à mettre en oeuvre à court, moyene et long terme; et enfin le plan de formation qui prévoit des actions pédagogiques en matière de conservation à destination du personnel et des usagers من أجل حفظ أمثل للأرصدة الأرشيفية باختلاف وسائط الحفظ التي تضمها، وضمان إتاحتها للأجيال الحالية والمستقبلية، أولت مراكز الأرشيف اهتماما بالغا بقضية الحفظ، وسخرت جهودا وإمكانيات لوضع وصياغة وتطبيق سياسات حفظ تكون شاملة ومتطابقة مع واقع الحفظ بمراكز الأرشيف، متماشية ومسايرة لمشاريعها المستقبلية. وقصد التعرف على هذا النوع من السياسات، سنركز في هذه الدراسة على إبراز معالم وأسس القاعدة المفاهيمية لسياسة حفظ الأرشيف من خلال تسليط الضوء على مقومات نجاحها؛ والمتمثلة في: تشخيص الحفظ، مخطط الحفظ، المخطط الإستعجالي ومخطط التكوين، خاصة إذا علمنا أن مراكز الأرشيف بحاجة ماسة لتطبيق هذا النوع من السياسات الذي يمس أهم وظيفة ألا وهي الحفظ الذي يرافق كل النشاطات الأرشيفية ويعتبر الهدف الأسمى الذي تسعى إلى تحقيقه. |
