l’Algérie se retrouve à la fin des années 80 dans l’obligation de réduire la place du secteur public et l’intervention de l’état dans l’économie. Cette réduction va prendre la forme de la privatisation des entreprises publiques économiques qui ont pour objet de définir les procédures de mise en œuvre d’une politique de privatisation. Dans cette étude on a parcouru l’ensemble de modes de privatisation pour arriver à la politique de privatisation en Algérie. Les méthodes de transfert d’entreprises publiques au secteur privé sont traditionnellement classées en trois catégories : le recours au marché financier, hors marché financier et aux autres modes de privatisation visant à promouvoir l’actionnariat populaire. At the end of the 1980s, Algeria found itself obliged to reduce the role of the public sector and the intervention of the state in the economy. This reduction will take the form of the privatization of public economic enterprises, whose purpose is to define the procedures for implementing the privatization policy. In this study, we passed through all the modes of privatization to arrive at the privatization policy in Algeria. Methods of transferring state-owned enterprises to the private sector are traditionally classified into three categories: the use of the financial market and other modes of privatization to promote popular ownership.
