|f Given Algeria's educational aims, it has proved necessary to set up a modern school which aims at the progressive and radical transformation of the Algerian educational system. The renovation introduced is not only aiming at content and didactic means, but it also calls, by way of consequence, essentially a reserved conception of the school and the training of the teachers in the sense of a greater adaptation to the national realities and projects. |d Vu les finalités que se propose l’Algérie en matière d’éducation, il s’est avéré nécessaire de mettre en place une école moderne qui vise la transformation progressive et radicale du système éducatif Algérien. La rénovation introduite ne vise pas uniquement les contenus et les moyens didactiques, mais elle réclame aussi, par voie de conséquence, essentiellement une conception réservée de l’école et de la formation des enseignants dans le sens d’une plus grande adaptation aux réalités et aux projets nationaux. Ce n’est qu’au niveau de cette conception de l’école et de la formation à assurer aux enseignants que le recyclage d’enseignants pour l’école moderne a des chances de réussir, d’être efficace.
