المستخلص: Our study aims to uncover some aspects of rural development, represented by identifying the most important problems of rural Algeria. It is necessary to meet the various challenges that hinder the sustainability of development, which requires strengthening the capacity of the state by improving rural areas, which suffers from poverty, marginalization, weak local food production, high unemployment and significant rural exodus in recent years. etc. These challenges remain in Algeria, despite the efforts that have been made and are continuing, to which it has not been able to respond. It is necessary to establish development programs that take into account various aspects, and this is what we will try to find out through our field study in some typical rural areas in the countryside of Jijel state by identifying the most important problems of the rural complex and the constraints to development.

Notre étude vise à découvrir certains aspects du développent rural concernant les problèmes majeurs du la zone rurale algérienne car il est important de faire face aux différents défis entravant le développement durable ; ce qui requiert le renforcement de l’état à travers l’amélioration de la zone rural. Cette dernière qui souffre la pauvreté et la marginalisation et la faiblesse de la production alimentaire locale et l’augmentation du chômage ainsi que l’exode rural considérable durant les dernières années …Ets.
Ce sont des défis qui demeurent en suspens en Algérie les efforts fournis et à fournir et dont le pays n’a pas pu y faire face car il faut mettre en place des projets de développement prenant en compte les différents aspects ; c’est ce que allons connaitre à travers notre étude pratique dans certaines zones rurales typiques à la wilaya de jijel en tentant de connaitre les problèmes les plus important de la société rural et les obstacles du développent.

تهدف دراستنا إلى الكشف بعض جوانب التنمية الريفية والمتمثلة في الوقوف على أهم مشكلات الريف الجزائري، حيث أنه من الضروري مواجهة مختلف التحديات التي تعيق استدامة التنمية، وهو ما يقتضي تقوية قدرات الدولة بتحسين الريف، هذا الأخير الذي يعاني الفقر والتهميش وضعف الإنتاج الغذائي المحلي وارتفاع نسبة البطالة وحدوث نزوح ريفي معتبر خلال السنوات الأخيرة... الخ، وهي تحديات لا تزال قائمة في الجزائر رغم الجهود التي بذلت وما تزال تبذل، والتي لم تستطع الإستجابة لها. إذ لابد من تسطير برامج تنموية تضع في الاعتبار مختلف الجوانب، وهذا ما سنحاول معرفته من خلال دراستنا الميدانية في بعض المناطق الريفية النموذجية في ريف ولاية جيجل من خلال معرفة أهم مشكلات المجمع الريفي ومعيقات التنمية.
