المستخلص: Aujourd’hui le monde connait des changements successifs caractérisés par le dynamisme, la rapidité, le développement et l’extension des concepts, ainsi que la multiplicité des besoins physiques et moraux de l’homme. Toute personne qui ne peut pas faire face à ce monde dans toutes ses dimensions et particularités tombera ses orientations civilisation elles et ses effets. Il est un monde que ses trajectoires ne semblent pas claires uniquement a avec la science et la technologie dans tous les domaines notamment la communication et l’ouverture économique et culturelle, ainsi que le développement des méthodes et concepts de production et de gestion. Aujourd’hui, l’intérêt des pays et ses institution s’accroit de plus en plus en utilisant l’information pour le développement. Dans le sens de l’emploi du développement de l’information, la problématique de développement et de la promotion des villes et la résolution de ses problèmes devient intrinsèquement liée via la possession des réseaux de communication adéquats et efficace, en plus de la production et l’acquisition dune quantité suffisante de la technologie de l’information et sa bonne exploitation dans tous les aspects de la vie de la communauté de ville contemporaine pour résoudre ses problèmes et sa mise à niveau.

يعيش العالم اليوم تغيرات متلاحقة امتازت بالديناميكية وسرعة التغير وتطور واتساع دائرة المفاهيم، وتزايد وتعدد حاجات الإنسان المادية والمعنوية، وآثاره أنه عالم لا تتضح مساراته إلا بالعلم والتكنولوجيا في جميع الميادين وفي مقدمتها الاتصال والانفتاح الاقتصادي والثقافي وتحديث أساليب ومفاهيم الإنتاج والإدارة، ويزداد اهتمام الدول ومؤسساتها اليوم بتوظيف المعلومات من أجل التنمية. وعملاً في اتجاه التوظيف التنموي للمعلومات تصبح إشكالية تطوير وترقية المدن وحل مشاكلها مرتبطة ارتباطا عضويا بامتلاك شبكات اتصال كافية وفعالة إضافة إلى إنتاج وامتلاك قدرا كافيا من تكنولوجيا المعلومات وحسن استغلالها في كافة مظاهر حياة مجتمع المدينة المعاصرة لحل مشاكله وترقيته، ومن هنا تبرز أهمية دراسة المدينة المعاصرة في عصر المعلوماتية وتكنولوجيا الاتصال انطلاقا من تساؤلات تتبادر إلى الدهن هي كيف تؤثر تكنولوجيا المعلومات على تطور المدينة؟ وكيف يمكن تحديد العلاقة بين ظاهرة التحضر وتطور المدن وتنميتها في ظل ثورة المعلومات؟
وإلى أي مدى يساهم التقدم المعلوماتي في رسم مستقبل المدينة المعاصرة؟ وفي هذا المقال نحاول عرض تحليل نقدي بكشف المنطلقات السوسيولوجية والاقتصادية لمشكلة المعلوماتية في تحديد واقع ومستقبل المدينة المعاصرة وموقع المدينة الجزائرية من ذلك.


The world today experiences successive changes that have been marked by dynamism, speed of change, evolution, expansion of the circle of concepts, and the increasing and multiple human material and moral needs. Its effects show that it is a world whose paths are clear only by science and technology in all fields. At the forefront of all are communication, economic and cultural openness and modernization of methods and concepts of production and management. Today, countries and their institutions are greatly interested in using the information for development. In the direction of developmental employment of information, the problem of development and advancement of cities and resolution of their problems is organically linked to the acquisition of adequate and effective communication networks, in addition to producing and possessing a sufficient amount of information technology and making use of it in all aspects of the life of the city's contemporary community to solve its problems and promote it. Hence the importance of studying the contemporary city in the era of information and communication technology appears, starting from questions that come to the mind that how information technology affects the development of the city? How can the relationship between the phenomenon of urbanization and the development and advancement of cities be determined in light of the information revolution?
To what extent does information progress contribute to shaping the future of the contemporary city? In this article, we try to present a critical analysis by exposing the sociological and economic propositions of the problem of informatics in determining the reality and future of the contemporary city and the location of the Algerian city from that.
