المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف علي أثر الإبداع على المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة الجزائرية، ولتحقيق هذه الغاية قمنا باستطلاع آراء العمال في مؤسسة "محبوبة للعجائن الغذائية" التي تنشط في القطاع الصناعي بناء على استمارة شملت أسئلة لجوانب مختلفة من الإبداع التكنولوجي بما فيها الوسائل الاتصالية التي لها أثر إيجابي في تسهيل عملية التعلم التنظيمي في المؤسسة محل الدراسة، واختتمت الدراسة بإظهار عدة نتائج أهمها التي أظهرت عدة مقترحات لمعالجة المعيقات التي تواجه المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في إدخال التكنولوجيا.

This study aims to identify the impact of creativity on Algerian medium and small institutions. In order to achieve this objective, we surveyed workers at Mahbooba Food Pasta Foundation, which is active in the industrial sector on the basis of a form that included questions on various aspects of technological creativity including means of communication that have a positive impact over facilitating the organizational learning process in the organization. The study concluded by showing several findings, the most important of which showed several proposals to address the obstacles faced by medium and small institutions in introducing technology.

Cette étude vise à identifier l'impact de l'innovation technologique sur l'apprentissage organisationnel dans les PME Algérienne, et pour ce but nous devons explorer les avis des employeurs dans l’entreprise "SARL Mahbouba", lorsque nous avons adopté un questionnaire comprenait des questions pour différents aspects de l'innovation technologique comprenant les moyens de communication qui ont un impact positif en facilitant le processus d'apprentissage. L'étude a conclu des résultats qui ont montré des propositions pour traverser les obstacles de l’intégration de la technologie.
