المستخلص: إن التفكير الجاد لحفظ الأمن الاقتصادي للأفراد والمجتمعات والدول، أصبح ضرورة تستلزم البحث العميق والدراسة الواسعة، وإد تبني عقد مؤتمر علمي عالمي لمناقشة قضايا الأمن الاقتصادي، وما يتعلق به من وسائل تحقيقه وأسباب نجاحه، له أهميته الكبيرة، لاسيما مع كثرة المشكلات والكوارث الطبيعية وغير الطبيعية التي تحدث في أماكن متفرقة من العالم، خاصة تلك الأزمات التي تتخطى حدود الوطن، وتتجاوزه لتشكل في مجملها أزمات إقليمية ودولية، وتلك البقاع الكثيرة في العالم، التي تعاني من ندرة الموارد، وقلة الغذاء أو انعدامه، ومن ثم يتطلب الأمر حلولا على المستوى الدولي، واتخاذ تدابير اقتصادية مناسبة لتأمين الحاجات الأساسية لحياة البشرية و استقرارها.

Une réflexion sérieuse sur la nécessité de sauvegarder la sécurité économique des individus et des sociétés est devenue un impératif, accentué par ailleurs par la multiplication des catastrophes naturelles et des crises économiques qui sont devenues endémiques et ne se limitent plus à tel ou telle pays, sans omettre les défis et mutations perpétuelles qui touchent le monde et qui impliquent donc la conjugaison des efforts de tout un chacun et la prise de décisions ciblées susceptibles d’aboutir à un minimum de sécurité économique. En ce qui concerne le présent article, il aborde le concept et les modalités pour aboutir à une sécurité économique individuelle et globale, d’un point de vue théologique islamique et en s’inspirant des saintes écritures du coran et de la sunna du prophète qsssl).

The serious thinking of preserving the economic security of the individuals, communities and countries has become necessary, and this requires deep research and extensive study. The adoption of a global scientific conference to discuss the issues of economic security, its means of achievement and the reasons for its success is of great importance, especially with the many problems, natural and unnatural disasters which occur in different parts of the world, especially those crises that overstep the borders of the country, to constitute a regional and international crises, and in those many areas of the world, which suffer from scarcity of resources, lack of food or it unavailability, therefore the issue requires solutions at the international level and to take appropriate economic measures to ensure the basic needs of human life and stability.
