المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى طرح المنظور الإسلامي لمفهوم الأمن الاقتصادي وبيان كيفية تحقيقه على أرض الواقع، من خلال تحديد مفهوم الأمن الاقتصادي حسب القرآن الكريم وتوضيح المنهج الإسلامي الكفيل بتحقيقه. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الاستنباطي التحليلي من أجل تحديد المفهوم القرآني للأمن الاقتصادي ومعرفة المنهج الإسلامي المتبع لغرض تجسيده، من خلال تناول أهم الآليات الاقتصادية والإدارية المذكورة في القرآن الكريم. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن الأمن الاقتصادي في القرآن الكريم لا يقتصر على الحاجيات الأساسية من أكل وشرب ولباس ومأوى، وإنما يشمل كل الحاجيات التي تضمن حياة كريمة للأفراد أي أنه يثمل حدي الكفاف والكفاية؛ وإلى أن المنهج الإسلامي واضح ومكتمل وشامل يمكن من خلاله تجسيد الأمن الاقتصادي، وذلك إذا ما تم احترام هذا المنهج والعمل به على أحسن وجه، فلا أمن دون عمل وجهد وتعاون وتكافل.

Cette étude vise à mettre au point la vue islamique à la notion de sécurité économique et de montrer comment l’assurer sur le terrain, à travers la définition de la notion de sécurité économique selon le coran et l’explication de l’approche islamique pour l’atteindre. L’étude reposait sur la méthode d’analyse déductive pour déterminer la notion coranique de la sécurité économique et clarifier la vision islamique pour le réaliser, tout en abordant les importants mécanismes économiques et administratifs mentionnés dans le Coran.
L’étude a montré que la sécurité économique dans le coran ne se limite pas aux besoins élémentaires (nourriture, habillement, logement), mais elle couvre tous les besoins qui assurent une vie digne aux personnes, c’est-à-dire elle comprend deux niveaux : le niveau de subsistance et le niveau de suffisance ; et que l’approche islamique est claire, complète et exhaustive pour le réaliser, et qu’il n y a pas de sécurité économique sans travail et coopération.

This study aims at presenting the Islamic perspective to the concept of economic security and how to achieve it on the ground, by defining the concept of economic security according to the Holy Quran and explaining the Islamic method that can achieve it. The study was based on the analytical deductive approach to determine the Quranic concept of economic security and to know the Islamic method adopted for the purpose of its embodiment, by addressing the most important economic and administrative mechanisms mentioned in the Holy Quran. The study concluded that the economic security in the Holy Qur'an is not limited to the basic needs of food, drink, clothing and shelter, but also includes all the necessities that guarantee a decent life for individuals, i.e., it includes both the subsistence and the adequacy; and that the Islamic approach is clear, complete and comprehensive, If this approach is respected and implemented in the best way, there is no security without action, effort, cooperation and solidarity.
