المستخلص: تتناول هذه الورقةُ الحديثَ عن الآليات الشرعية لبلوغ الأمن الاقتصادي؛ نظراً لِمَا يحظى به هذا الموضوع من اهتمام بالغ لدى المجتمع الدولي بسبب كثرة المشكلات والظواهر الطبيعية وغير الطبيعية التي تَحْدُث في أماكن متفرقة، خاصة تلك الأزمات التي تتطلب اتخاذ تدابير مناسبة اقتصاديا لأجل تأمين الحاجات الأساسية لحياة الأفراد واستقرارهم، وقد تَمَّ التطرقُ لِماهية الأمن الاقتصادي من منظور إسلامي، ثم عَرْضُ أَهَم الوسائل لإيجاد وإبقاء هذا الأمن الاقتصادي على ضوء القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية. وقد خَلُصَت هذه الورقة إلى جملة من النتائج العلمية، كما خرجت ببعض التوصيات والمقترحات المستقبلية.

This paper deals with the Shar’iyah (Islamic law) mechanisms for achieving economic security, given the great interest of this subject among the international community because of the many problems and natural and abnormal phenomena occurring in various places, especially those crises that require appropriate economic measures in order to secure the basic needs of the life of individuals and their stability. The concept of economic security from an Islamic perspective has been addressed. Then the most essential means of bringing about and maintaining this economic security was presented, in the light of the Noble Quran and the Prophet's Sunnah. The paper concluded with a presentation of a host of academic findings, in addition to some future recommendations and suggestions.

Cet article a met l’accent sur les mécanismes juridiques de la sécurité économique; parce que se sujet a un grand intérêt dans la communauté internationale; à cause de nombreux problèmes et phénomènes naturels et humaines qui se produisent dans différents régions, notamment les crises qui demandent de prendre des solutions économiques adéquates afin d’assurer les besoins nécessaires.
On a fait la définition de la sécurité économique du point de vue de la Charia Islamique, on a présenté les procédés importantes pour arriver à cette de la sécurité dans le cadre du Coran et de la Souna.
Cette étude a conclu un certain nombre de résultats scientifiques et des propositions futures.
