التحري عن الاستراتيجية المجمعية للمؤسسة الاقتصادية الجزائرية الخاصة مسألة غاية في الصعوبة، الأمر الوحيد الذي مهد للخوض فيها هو استفادة مؤسسة Condor محل الدراسة من مشروع لتوطين مواصفات المسؤولية الاجتماعية في إطار برنامج MENAأما تحديد طبيعة تلك الاستراتيجية فذلك أمر يتطلب تشخيص دقيق لكافة وحدات الأعمال الخاضعة للأسئلة المركزية للــــــ ISO26000.

Le capital du capital social n'est pas une seule unité dans sa composition et de ses déterminants et ses sources, qui sont affectées par l'aspect social et ses usages, parce que les concepts hétérogènes: les groupes, les réseaux, les normes, la confiance, l'information, la participation et tout autre employé pour l'utilisation dans le processus de production, résultant en une multiplicité de types et niveaux d'indicateurs standard, qui se reflètent dans ses formes de composition et son rôle pour l'objectif du développement durable.

Maximizing the positive social contribution of the economic institution by adopting social responsibility will not be achieved unless it is done according to community strategies with clear goals and objectives. Real strategies that seek leadership and precedent; embodied in actual practices across all business units, and beyond mere response.
The investigation of the collective Strategy of the Algerian private economic institution is very difficult. The only thing that has paved to deal with this is the Condor Foundation which is being studied by a project to settle the social responsibility standards under the frame of MENA program. As for as determining the nature of this strategy requires careful diagnosis of all business units subject to the central questions of ISO26000
