المستخلص: تناولت هذه الورقة البحثية نماذج من الخطاب التفسيري المسمى "أنوار التنزيل وأسرار التأويل" للإمام القاضي البيضاوي الشيرازي، ضمن إطار نظري هو التحليل الحجاجي للخطاب الذي يتوسل بطائفة من المفاهيم والإجراءات التحليلية المنبثقة عن نظريات الحجاج اللغوي والبلاغي والمنطق الطبيعي التي صاغها أزفالد ديكرو وشاييم بيرلمان و أ. روبول و ج. ب. غريز. وقد سعينا إلى الكشف عن الخطاطة المؤسسة للخطاب التفسيري معتمدين مفهوماً موسعاً للخطاطة الحجاجية يتمثل في قيام الخطاب التفسيري على شبكة التمثلات والصور التي يبنيها ويحملها المفسر حول ذاته وذوات الآخرين والموضوع، ويود نقلها إلى المتلقي، والتي يعبر عنها في نظرية الحجاج اللغوي بالحجج والنتائج. ووفق هذا التحديد عمدنا إلى تعيين النتيجة الكبرى والنتائج الصغرى الظاهرة والمضمرة، وتحديد سلسلة الحجج والأدلة المعتمدة في دعم تلك النتائج، من خلال تفسير "أنوار التنزيل" للإمام البيضاوي.

This paper deals with examples of the interpretive speech called "Anwar al-tanzil wa asrar al-ta'wil" by Imam Kadi al-Bayḍāwī al-Shirazi, within a theoretical framework that is the argument analysis of discourse, which plead with a range of analytical concepts and procedures emanating from the argumentation theories of linguistic, rhetorical and natural reasoning formulated by Azvald Decrou, Chaim Perlman and A. Robol and J. b. Grizz.
We sought to reveal the calligrapher who founded the interpretative speech, adopting an expanded concept of argumentation calligraphy, which is that the interpretative speech is based on the network of representations and images that the interpreter builds and carries around himself, others and the subject. And would like to convey it to the recipient, which is expressed in the theory of linguistic argumentation by arguments and results, in accordance with this definition, we have identified the major result and the minor visible and deliberate results, and determine the series of arguments and evidence adopted in support of those results, by interpreting the "Anwar al-tanzil” of Imam al-Bayḍāwī.

Cette recherche traite plusieurs types de discours analytiques dits : «Les lumières de la révélation et les secrets de l’interprétation» de l’imam El Bidaoui. Ceci sous un cadre théorique qui est celui de l’analyse argumentative du discours liée principalement à plusieurs concepts analytiques soutirées des théories d’argumentation linguistique et rhétorique et de la logique naturelle citée par O. Ducrot, C. Perlman, et Grize …
Nous avons essayé de dévoiler le schéma qui institutionnalise le discours exégétique en adoptant un concept élargi du schéma argumentatif. Ainsi, ce discours exégétique est basé sur un réseau de représentations conçues par l’exégète sur lui-même, sur les autres et sur le sujet qu’il traite, il voulait donc les transmettre au récepteur. Ce réseau est connu dans la théorie argumentative linguistique par les arguments et les résultats.
Selon cette notion, nous avons pointé du doigt le grand résultat escompté et les petites conséquences apparentes et implicites. Nous avons aussi précisé une série d’arguments et preuves présentés qui consolident ces conséquences d’après l’exégèse de «les lumières de la révélation» de l’imam El Bidaoui.
