المستخلص: Le mythe dans sa signification la plus simple est un genre littéraire à caractères merveilleux fondées sur la légende, où des faits sont transformés par l’imagination. C’est un récit qui représente l’au delà du réel et qui met en scène des manifestations extraordinaires et des personnages le plus souvent surhumains qui ont des pouvoirs surnaturels mais aussi des comportements et des sentiments humains.
Parce que la fin justifie les moyens, l’homme -cette étrange créature- ne cesse jamais la recherche du plaisir, et afin d’arriver a ses buts il utilise son immense imagination pour atteindre la joie et la prospérité.
Personne ne peut nier le rôle que joue le mythe dans la créativité humaine littéraire et scientifique parce qu’il représente l’expression d’une culture. Il exprime les aspirations profondes de l’imagination humaine et met en scene des situations éternelles. La pensée scientifique n’a pas réussie à faire disparaitre le mythe parce que le développement technologique et numérique qui a transformé le monde en un petit village n’est qu’une autre face de l’imagination, et de nos jours il s’agit de récits merveilleux des évènements fondés sur des idées authentiques telles que le voyage dans l’espace.
Selon ce point de vue je tente d’aborder la place du mythe dans les diverses approches scientifiques et technologiques modernes en employant l’épopée de Gilgamesh et le mythe de l’immortalité.

الأسطورة في أبسط تعريف لها هي جنس أدبي عماده الخيال، وأساسه الخرافة، وسميت بالأسطورة لأنها توظف أشياء ومظاهر خارقة للعادة، وخارجة عن المعقول، وإن كانت من صنع خيال الإنسان. ولقد سعى الإنسان هذا المخلوق العجيب منذ أن وجد نفسه في هذا الكون إلى تحقيق ذاته وإسعادها، وتيسير كل سبل العيش السعيد، لذلك كان أمام عجزه يهرب إلى الخيال متصوراً أشياء تساعده على تجاوز كل المحن والعواقب، وكان هذا ديدن الإنسان ولازال، ولأن الغاية تبرر الوسيلة فإن بحث الإنسان لا ينقطع ولا ينتهي إلا بانتهاء هذا الكون، ورجوعه إلى خالقه. ولا أحد ينكر ما قدمته الأسطورة للآداب ولشتى العلوم من فائدة، فكما ساعدت الأسطورة الإنسان على الإبداع فقد ساعدته كذلك على الاختراع والابتكار، وما التحول التكنولوجي والرقمي إلا بفضل خيال الإنسان الواسع، وإن لم تتحقق تلك القوى التي عرفناها من خلال الأساطير والملاحم القديمة إلا في الآداب، فإننا اليوم نرى أن أسطورة رجل الفضاء وبلمسة زر نسافر إلى عوالم مختلفة لم يعد أسطورة بل أصبح واقعاً حقيقياً متجسداً. فبخيال الإنسان استطعنا أن نتجاوز الكثير من العوائق والحواجز التي لطالما حرمت الإنسان من التواصل مع بني جنسه في كل العالم واليوم وبظهور التكنولوجيات الحديثة تحول العالم إلى قرية صغيرة، حيث أصبحت المعرفة من حق كل الأفراد والجماعات، وكل هذا تحقق بفضل الأسطورة أو بخيال الإنسان الذي كلما حقق رغبة تاقت نفسه إلى تحقيق رغبات أخرى، كلها تخدم واقعه وتيسر سبل عيشه، وتحقق له السعادة وتوفر له الوقت وتقلل من نفقاته المادية.

The legend in its simplest definition is a literary genre established on fiction/imagination, based on myth, and is called legend because it employs extraordinary matters and manifestations that are beyond reason, even if it has been created by human imagination. Ever since he found himself in this universe, man has sought to fulfil himself, make himself happy, and to facilitate all the means of a happy life. As such when confronted by his inability, he would flee to the imagination, imagining things that would help him to overcome all the trials and consequences. This was the nature of man and still is, and because the end justifies the means, man’s search does not cease and will not end until the end of this universe and his return to its Creator. No one denies what legend has provided literature and various areas of knowledge, in terms of benefit. Just as the legend has helped man to be creative, it has also helped him to invent and innovate. The technological and digital transformation is only thanks to the vast imagination of man. If those powers that we became aware of through ancient legends and epics had not previously been realized except in literature, then today we see that the legend of the astronaut and with the touch of a single button we travel to different worlds, is no longer a legend but rather a real embodied reality. Through man’s, we have traversed many obstacles and barriers that have long prevented him from communicating with others of his own kind in the world. Today, with the emergence of modern technologies, the world has been transformed into a small village, where knowledge is the right of all individuals and groups. All this has been accomplished due to the legend or the imagination of man, who, whenever he achieves a desire or wish, he craves to realizes, all of which serve his reality, facilitate the means of his life, realize happiness, save his time and reduce his material expenses.
